    @Bell_Support I have never in my life had worse customer service. Day 5 of trying to fix a problem. When the agent got flustered, they simply hung up. Great training BELL 👍🏼

    The horror of dealing with high speed internet in Canada is that @Bell is the worst, except for the only real alternative @Rogers, which is somehow inexplicably even worse. Read @bellcanadalies before signing up for Bell services. Seriously.

    @Scott_FFM @Bell_Support same here, im in the valley and uploading a 3MB file for work took me 5 minutes....while my upload says its 80, while also paying for a gig, been an issue down here now for last few weeks - folks within 30KM on either side of me have the same issue

    @Bell it’s now over two weeks with one bar of cell service, calls cutting in & out & dropping, no response to a technical ticket and three of several calls to your CS dept haven’t even called me back when they said they “would look into it”. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!Pls DM me ASAP

    @Bell_Support Thank you for getting back to me quickly, I guess current customer satisfaction isn't in @Rogers vocabulary. I will remember this in a couple of months when my cellphone contract is done.
