    @Bell_Support your customer service completely sucks...3 days without internet because your Technical Support team passes the buck.. I have talked to technical support level one ... level two.... customer service.. no one wants to fix the problem and it's no ones fault....

    @Bell @Bell_Support One of worst experiences I have ever encountered. Signed up for new bell Internet and got scheduled for Today for installation. I get an update that technician is here but guess what he was never hear, wasted my 5 hours waiting for him.

    My poor body took so much stress from my employer @bell all during a global crises. I am exhausted fighting bell who leads #MentalHealth but abuse their own employees. They investigated me, cut my benefits & put me in the hospital during pandemic alone #BellLetsTalk is a fraud

    @Bell_Support The problem was already rectified on the phone. But I can send you my mobile number anyways, so you can further investigate if you need. I am just saying though, I do not need the stress, especially this time of year, and with dental bills upcoming.

    @Bell_Support I did. Spent half an hour talking to be told “oh that’s weird, no solve”. My friend is also having a similar issue so I know it’s not just me. Hope it gets fixed soon.
