Hey @Bell can you stop improving my neighborhood? Your "improvements" have cut through my cable line twice in the last week, resulting in multiple days of loss of service. Please stop.

@Bell_Support Are they now, since when I call the support number, they have no knowledge of an outage. So I could have waited for a non existant resolution. How about not lying to your clientele!

@Bell my 96yr old WWII vet neighbour had his Bell line snapped yesterday by a @WasteManagement truck. Police were involved and Bell told Police they were on their way as of 2pm yesterday. Never showed. Bell said they would be here today between 3&5pm. Never showed. What’s up??

Thank you @Bell @Bell_Support for being such a pain and not helping me out for the last four months, I will have to take my mobile account away from you since you don’t care for customer service. I know I’m a small account

@Bell_Support Really sorry eh? Just informed that it's normally a 24 to 48 hour wait to get a call back from business support. You call this service?

@BadLibrarian @Bell We were both up for renewal so we tried to port my wife's line over from Rogers, but @Bell was going to charge us almost $50/month *more* to share data on two numbers than were paying being with separate carriers. An actual disincentive to become their customer. Absolute madness.
