    @CeleryPete @Bell_Support I just double checked, we're paying $100 for supposedly 10 down. I haven't seen more then 8 down in over a year.

  • Jason_Sheard Jason Sheard (@Jason_Sheard) reported

    @Bell_Support Please fix your hold times or have an option to do a callback. I sat on hold for 50+ mins before giving up. I just need to remove one thing from my account, which I can't do myself. It's very frustrating to say the least.

    @Sentrymostwantd @elonmusk @Bell northern ontario...i know others just off the island i live on that have the service, i am assuming because i have access to DSL that i am not a priority, which i can accept...for now lol

  • poshala Raghunath (@poshala) reported

    @Bell_Support I just got off a call with your bill specialist and he advised there is nothing that he can do..I have to pay $5 extra or I should add some other service which I don’t need.

    @Bell_Support When does Bell plan to have fibre to the home in Markham? My internet maxes out at 80mbps (100mbps is a complete lie). No answers, highest prices and slow speeds. When will we enter the year 2000 with your dated technology? We sure pay enough for this.

  • sallycthomas1 @sallycthomas (@sallycthomas1) reported

    @Bell_Support I am no longer a customer! I don't have one anymore!

  • topherdunlap Christopher Dunlap (@topherdunlap) reported

    @checkupcbc I pay $155 a month for cell phone with @Bell with ‘unlimited’ data. I get throttled mid month on data when I go over ‘my limit’. I wish someone could explain this. Moved from Rogers after the worst customer service. Maybe we need to open our market to US companies??

  • KoburaV4 KoburaV4.0 (@KoburaV4) reported

    @Bell_Support Conclusion: Areas that don’t need fibre are given fibre, and there’s no ETA on when the $400+ I pay per month will warrant any fibre coming to Markham. Bell doesn’t care about customers, only the best ways to overcharge on garbage services. @bellcanadalies
