@Bell with the weekly ****** up service. Today the remote either goes to 0 or 100. Nothing in between. Fresh batteries. the great news, and I mean REALLY ******* GREAT news is that Bell is adept at apologizing. Providing reliable service? meh.. but they can say sorry with aplomb!

@Bell Went thru just like that! With cell coverage here ph call drops+ drops +drops. Since only phone I have and am epileptic, my sons have the run down on poor service and customer service. Last time on hold, later I said are you googling what to do? He said yes. I said geezus.

@Bell_Support This is not good enough. When our emergency rooms are at capacity using salespeople as a transmission vector, no matter how careful, is irresponsible. Time to stop putting corporate greed ahead of people's lives.
