@Bell This is a big lie. I had a great internet connection until I switched to bell pure fiber!!!! Which is not pure and they offered me 1gb / 1gb down/up but still I am on max 550mbits. They told me that they can guarantee the speed till modem.

@Bell Talk to me about your tv service options. Rogers "upgraded" me to Ignite but downgraded my channels to next-to-nothing for the same price I was paying before. I'm done.

@Bell_Support Again, you are pushing the requirement & responsibility to filter spoofed calls on YOUR network onto your customers. As YOUR customer, I am telling you this isn't good enough. DO YOUR JOBS & FIX THIS PROBLEM!

@Bohsco @cogeco @Bell I changed to a provider that uses cogeco lines because of the terrible Cx serv by Cogeco. But now I’m not a priority and they’ve left us (cogeco fixes the fallen lines) w/o internet all week and for online school next week. Because of fallen wire outside. I hate Cogeco!

@Bell_Support These are NOT TELEMARKETERS! They are SCAMMERS! They are spoofed calls on an VOIP network. They care signatures which indicate they are spoofed. It's not difficult to detect these. These scammers are using YOUR NETWORK to target YOUR customers.

@Bell_Support Listen, again this morning with the @Amazon scam calls. The technology exists for you to filter these calls but you are too complacent with your customers to implement this. FIX THIS ISSUE!
