@Bell how very rude. Your car calls offers me a great deal, when I offer to accept he hangs up on me. Is that how you treat customers? #rude #csrsucks

  • flanker546 Tom Ayling (@flanker546) reported

@Bell_Support what happened yesterday afternoon in Kingston? Cellular and internet service was down.

  • ZaenisDesef Chris Taylor (@ZaenisDesef) reported

@Bell_Support After resetting our modem all mini pods have lost connection, we’ve unplugged each one and tried to reconnect, no luck. More concerning is I am now unlabelled to login to the modem to make any changes to the network.

  • Meow_Katgirl Kate (@Meow_Katgirl) reported

@Bell_Support our land line has had a busy signal since last night when everything went down...any idea when it will be back up? This is my only phone (I don't have a cellphone)

  • Em203Soberano EM203MSoberano (@Em203Soberano) reported

@Rogers I am paying $500 a month and I have been dealing with internet problem every single day for the last 3 month. The wifi complete shuts off almost every day after 1am. @Bell_Support, we are looking to switch providers, can you help?

  • jonblaw J. Blake Wilson (@jonblaw) reported

@Bell @Bell_News Bell tells me they'll send me an email that I never receive, and then tells me it's my fault, even though it's their mistake in the first place.

  • BoldOutlaw Robin Hood: Bold Outlaw (@BoldOutlaw) reported

@Bell_Support Unfortunately, you've been very unhelpful in DMs. @RogersHelps, thank you for helping with my cable and internet. Unfortunately @Bell doesn't want to fix their phone lines. Do you want my home phone business too?

  • Em203Soberano EM203MSoberano (@Em203Soberano) reported

My @Rogers Ignite internet is still down as it has been for the last 7 hours and has still not been serviced as it appears once again the whole area using Rogers is down. Very disappointed with Rogers services, looking to switch providers @Bell_Support

  • BoldOutlaw Robin Hood: Bold Outlaw (@BoldOutlaw) reported

@Bell_Support I have my old landline with Bell. It seems our whole building's phone, internet and cable are out. Tried calling 310-bell and they once again make it sound like individual tenants will need to pay for whole apartment bldg issue

  • di_nic Matt Di Nicolantonio 😷 (@di_nic) reported

For the second time since the pandemic began, @bell has raised Internet prices by more than $5 per month. The only notice is buried on the last page of your bill, months in advance, which they know nobody reads. All this despite high profits, pandemic support, and mass layoffs.
