@Bell_Support do you provide any training whatsoever to your tech support? This is my third one hour call ... and each time you send me new equipment but the problem isn't fixed, and you keep wanting to send more equipment. Having trouble believing your team is this incompetent.

Looking forward to yet another weekend without internet service. I've literally been waiting for over a month for service from @bell and @rogers, and now neither of them can even give me an ETA. Truly incredible stuff, love living under these Canadian oligopolies, no notes.

@CBCNews I don't doubt that @BellMediaPR regrets their decision to terminate Ms. LaFlamme's contract in the manner in which it was done, if only for the heat they're taking from all sides. I'd bet whoever signed off on that specific action is also now a former @Bell employee, or should be
