    @Bell_Support Hi Bell Support - I just spoke with a L2 technician and he advised there is an outage in the Woodbridge area with a fix provided within 24hrs. This should be posted somewhere for others as I spent 45 minutes troubleshooting with a L1 technician for no reason.

    @raptolemy @Bell The old router with antennas was the best. I had signal in my back yard. After the new router, spotty signal outside.
