Lola - (@mom22lappys) reported@Bell_Support it looks like this is a power issue. Our area is in a power outage and it looks like we only have half power.
-
EJ (@EJ39206913) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.
-
Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.
-
Jordan (@JordaninSaprae) reported@Rogers Your customer service sucks. Been on hold for 90 mins. Probably will be my last call. Looks like I should switch to @Bell or @TELUS
-
Lola - (@mom22lappys) reported@Bell_Support is there an issue with Wi-Fi in the Whitby area we had a small power cut just for a second, but the Wi-Fi never came back

AC (@Mel41177) reported@Sunshineways66 @ryangerritsen @Bell So I have bell ($110/month) at my home and starlink at the cottage. Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
