@Bell_Support Bell learned a lot from Rogers outage, obviously. Multi-billion dollar corporations should maybe be more capable. Last month they couldn’t figure out how to activate my phone, no my emails are bouncing.

@Bell_Support Okay, that is about long enough - I am in Peterborough and we have no access to email or bell mail all day - we can however login to MyBell - big deal - why would I bother. This happens way to much - the invalid credentials things - this should be front & centre

Why is it whenever @Bell @Bell_Support has a tech issue, I get a message that I've entered the wrong email password? It would be WAY less frustrating for clients if you'd just own up to your tech issues.
