@Bell I'm a fibre customer & pay $175 a month which is much more than I was promised when I was sold this package & the upload speed is 25% slower now. I've tried to contact bell NUMEROUS times & the department that can help me only calls out & I've never been able to get them to call.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Does your modem like completely shut off and restart? Or does it just act like you hit the reset button? Because if it completely shuts off then it’s an electricity issue and your outlet might have a short. If not, I’m not sure that’s weird.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I watched Swaggs YT video and potentially it could be overheating in the basement? Maybe try keeping a fan next to it and see if the issues stop?

  • Tora92790089 Tora (@Tora92790089) reported

@Bell_Support The internet and tv accounts have been canceled. EVERY tech that came here ran the other way, and one told us that a cable tech needed to fix it.

  • zachleft_ Air Max Zach (@zachleft_) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Had this happen to me a few months ago bro bought a new modem and everything. Literally the problem was they didn’t provision my modem correctly. Call them and ask them to reprovision it.

  • Cobra5point0 Cobra5point0 (@Cobra5point0) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?

  • BlurryJS James Stephens (@BlurryJS) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Well what I’m getting at is we both were wired into the modem even though it was essentially 2 networks. It couldn’t decide who to give the internet to causing my internet to go out and then caused modem to reset. So I reset network in windows and pushed reset button on modem

  • ButterflyPlays_ Vanessa (@ButterflyPlays_) reported

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Hbb did he replace the fiber cable going from the wall to the modem? That cable has fiberglass in it so if you accidentally step on it, vacuum over it, etc, you can damage the cable that way and it will cause an issue with connectivity. Also if you're hardwired into a router...
