    Why is my Internet down @Bell Called tech support holding for 15mins just to get a automated message that your offices are closed WTF! since when?

    @Bell_Support We just upgraded to Fibe today and now it doesn’t work. Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. Not good postinstall service Coworkers are asking how the Fibe is working... how should I reply?
