    @TheHolySainte @Bell never gets better. they're the worst. finally got rid of them. Every time we needed service they were sent to wrong house.would call to make sure they have put right address & low & behold we would need service again and they would go to wrong house.Sad we needed so much service.

    Ironically my @Bell_Support internet is so bad that I can't even load their website to get their phone number so I can call and cancel my service. That's one way to keep a customer!

    You know what’s poor customer service, @Bell? It’s when one of your agents calls to try to sell me unsolicited offers because I am a “loyal customer”, and they HANG UP on me when I reply that I’m not interested. Sadly, it’s not the first time.

    Not @Bell telling me they’ll come and fix the internet today somewhere between 12-5, AND IT’S NOW FIVE NO ONE CAME. No one even called. WASTED MY ENTIRE SATURDAY AT HOME WAITING FOR NOTHING. Thanks for shitting on my time besties @Bell_Support 🥰🥰🥰

    @Bell_Support this is now the third time that our internet & tv is not working. When we rely on internet for work, this is unacceptable. When you tell us that the earliest you can come to fix it is tomorrow afternoon, that is also unacceptable. Someone needs to come today.

    Bye bye @Bell, absolute worst customer service , repair service and internet. Happy to be finally done with your horrible overall service. God. Even trying to cancel, they're trying to say we never called to cancel when we clearly did. Why would we lie about canceling! UNREAL
