@Bell_Support Ported one of my cell numbers from @rogers to Bell. My first bill is higher than what's on my contract, contacted bell support through phone but nothing, bill is due tomorrow. Have had similar issues in the past only got resolved after complaining on social media.?

Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet

Classic level of service received by @Rogers. Stay on hold forever and then they just disconnect you. I was reaching out for an upgrade, but it's probably time to just leave you guys. @Distributel or @Bell probably coming your way soon! Any special offers going on?

@bell with Bell you have 'locked the port' of my 90 year old mother a top tier client for more than 40 years? No phone, no cable, no internet.... This is now a safety issue for a widow alone!!

@Bell your site says you offer services to my rural address but when I call to order I am told “no service at this time” with no further explanation. Why not provide more of an explanation or state it on your site. Misleading.
