@RogersHelps this interruption is causing me a nightmare, my mortgage is closing today, and can't call my lawyers as last min docs is needed, @Bell internet is saving atm, still can't leave the house, no data no phone service on a Monday on a business day is unacceptable.

@RogersHelps Absolutely nothing here as well. "No Service" since about 8am. Got a few text messages out before that but that's it. Nothing intermittent about it. Luckily my work phone is on @Bell so I'm not totally dead in the water....

For real @bell , Can you get me up and running this afternoon for wireless and data? Rogers has been down for almost 8hrs now. Can you also beat, $70/month, 15GB data? Nationwide calling Caller ID Voicemail etc?

@RogersHelps I wonder if I can use my Rogers WiFi (miraculously working, but not my phone), to live chat with @Bell to switch. This is a ridiculous amount of time to diagnose and repair service. I have had to ask family to make some very important calls today on my behalf. Unacceptable.
