@Bell_Support I’ve repeatedly been the victim of identity theft at bell. They keep letting the same address (not my property or address) use my name and charge me. Billing keeps telling me to pay or my credit will be impacted. 3rd time in 5 years…same address. Wtf bell??!!

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.

So @Bell just silently canceled it even though I have no indication of such. I see Bell hasn’t changed much. Now I wait on @Bell_Support to try and find a new appointment. What a terrible first impression this is. Lost a day of work, now will need to lose another likely.

@Bell_Support wireless internet is again out in the Pelham area. Over the last three months. There have been literally almost a month of outages. This is simply unacceptable. Will service be restored shortly or will it be another week, like last time?
