    0915ET Hi @Bell @Bell_News @Bell_Support After chasing you since December 2021 to fix a service problem on my phone line, when you promised to fix it this week, I didn't expect you to disconnect my other line as your solution. This needs to be fixed immediately.

    @NewfieHabsGurl @Bell_Support When I cancelled my cell service with Bell to switch to Telus, i gave them the opportunity to KEEP my business the Bell CS agent told me "Good Luck with them" instead of "how can we keep your business"

    @Bell was told I'd receive a call within 48 hours about my brutal service since I signed up. It's been 8 days!?! Great customer service.
