@Bell seems to have apparently decided to use a summer long weekend to do major network work and adjustments, leaving millions of people in several Canadian provinces with totally unreliable internet for hours at a time, if not complete outages. Good move Bell.

So here @Bell is having over-charged me at activation according to my credit card company now threatening to disconnect me before I get my first bill because I've come close to exceeding a credit limit I was never informed of via charges that have not been disclosed to me

@SimoneRacanelli @Bell_Support In a related question, I’ve had a 5G capable phone since October 2020. I have yet to connect to a 5G network anywhere in Toronto. But all of the big telecoms keep telling me how great their 5G networks are. 🤔

@Bell please do something about your wifi service in northern Ontario. We’ve been without service all weekend with absolutely no answers and no help from customer service. Still no wifi today (Monday). People have to work and have post-secondary school work.

@Bell why does your **** internet service throttle users at 230am? Every single night my connectivity drops, even though I pay for your best internet service. You guys suck, and only get my service because @rogers is marginally- by the smallest of margins mind you- worse.

@Bell and other companies why when I call for help do your employees tell me they are located in the Philippines? I am in Canada and my services are in Canada and I bought my products in Canada. @JustinTrudeau

@bell Just spent two hours on the phone because my internet isn’t working properly. The agent’s solution after all that time was that I should turn it off and back on again if it’s not working. Great IT department you’ve got there.

@SimoneRacanelli @Bell_Support They give you an 8 hour window of possible service during the week!! Which means taking the whole day off work to be “available” for service!

@Bell_Support third day in a row widespread outage in the north-eastern ontario region. Is this going to be a pattern?
