    @Bell_Support ironically I'm paying around $80 for internet service yet i can't even use it constantly because of every 2000 error being handed out like Candy on Halloween

    Rogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?
