@Bell @Bell_Support Does this apply to all Atlantic Canadian customers? I have received several texts detailing overcharge mobile fees. The latest one I got is $300 overcharge. I typically don’t use a lot of data, but wifi is still down where I am. Please clarify when you can. Thanks

Elderly person; phone stops working when it's wet out.. AKA wiring is bad. Calls bell three or four times. Each time, problem is "fixed". Elderly person now ~36 hours with no phone. Service for "5-9pm" didn't show. QUALITY! @bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

@Bell_Support "What was the problem again?" Gee, I don't know, could it be the ******* hurricane!! We shouldn't have to beg to get what's OWED us. If you have any respect for us, just give us ALL a break on our bills. That's it! That's ALL I'm asking. Stop asking for clarification!... 2/2
