    @Bell_Support Ironic this happened the week my welcome credits expired and my bill doubled. So we had a chat specialist who doesn't know how his own system works, level 1 phone support who doesn't know how to do her job... I can save @Bell_Support time (and myself $$) by calling cancellations

    @Bell_Support Half of the people I called to resolve a issue that should have never happened... AGAIN didn't even run tests to see the issue. They said as much then put me on hold then hung up. That happened 5 times out of 7! Then lvl2 tech pulled the same ****. Hire better ffs.

    @Bell_Support I would. If anyone of the agent's bothered to update my file as I was switched around. Tickets missing ,notes that I was told were made never showed up with other technicians. You hire lazy workers. 6/7 didn't know what to do. I use to work as a customer service agent.

    @Bell The fact that in 2021, living in a town, your wifi STILL struggles (and I mean STRUGGLES) to download a game or app for my Xbox while I watch Netflix. I shouldn't be watching my show 30 seconds at a time anymore. Get your **** together and start providing a better service.
