@Bell my business line is down and I was told by your service department that you no longer repair landline during weekends. Can you tell me how am I supposed to operate my business if no one can dial in?

  • legendofando andrew (@legendofando) reported

@Bell_Support almost 4 days without internet in east York. Every timeline prediction you’ve given has passed with no results. Even the Rogers outage was fixed in 2 days. I’m starting to think I’m with the wrong company. This is sad

  • EdgeyPotatoe Potatoes (@EdgeyPotatoe) reported

@Bell_Support Some customers you say? lol it's a whole block in the St. Dennis Area. At least tell us if it takes a week we won't judge just don't tell us it will be back by 10pm everyday and yes I've talked to support many times with the same scripted responses. Do better.

@Bell Is there a problem with Bell Mobility coverage or cell sites in London, ON tonight? The cellphone reception on my mom's ZTE flip phone is fluctuating from medium signal to very low or non-existent making it difficult if not impossible to show her how to use the cellphone.

  • ArijitBanik Arijit Banik (@ArijitBanik) reported

@Bell_Support We switch over the Bell because of the Rogers outage and now four hours later Im sitting here with no internet or Tv or Phone! I’m ready to scream! Tech support was useless! Really noy happy at all!

  • ShmishD Michelle Deines (@ShmishD) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell please explain why I should not switch service providers after less than a week with your company. My husband signed us up for a joint plan through your Promo15 sales promotion. From the beginning, this has been completely botched. 1 of 6

@Bell_Support Your EU roaming charges have recently increased and become *extremely* expensive - up to $300 per month. So F rom now on I’ll be using local eSIMs, so you’ll get zero roaming revenue from this customer.

  • MMwritescanada mmlikestowrite🇨🇦 (@MMwritescanada) reported

@Bell Your wi-fi should already be capable of covering an entire house. This looks like a money-grab to me. As if internet and cell service in Canada isn’t expensive enough.

  • DavidShawn6488 Bassman (@DavidShawn6488) reported

@Bell Yeah when I was with Bell I had two pods in a 800 square foot apartment and still had signal issues
