@Bell Cannot make any outgoing calls - calls keep failing! Are you aware of others experiencing the same problem?

  • BrendaAdler42 Brenda Adler (@BrendaAdler42) reported

@Bell_Support fibe internet is down and cellular is intermittent in Toronto, can’t get through on 310-Bell, it just drops the call. Help!

  • ulka32 Ursula Melski (@ulka32) reported

@Bell should try reverse engineering their customer process map. Start by calling your own call centre and see how easy it isn’t to make the smallest changes to your account. Business processes should be designed with the customer in mind, not the platforms you use to manage them

  • JbnJack Jack (@JbnJack) reported

@cbcnewsbc Maybe ask @Bell_Support why our phones were switching to 3g network and also not working for data or calls (no service) throughout Alberta . Something suspect with Bells response

  • ETHGenius Ronin (@ETHGenius) reported

@Bell Since some of you seem confused and/or hopeful after reading this I'll clear it up for you. "Available to new residential customers" these offers are never for existing customers, they of course are just trying to lure in new customers.

@Bell , Getting contact details through MyBell app is painful. It goes to chat live option. It does not help much. Then try to get call in number for tech support. But, button to choose the tech support is not working. So not able to connect to the technical support line.
