    @Bell_Support Thanks. It's reaolved finally after many resetts, unplugs etc. Thebiggest inconvenience was being on hold for hours only to be cut off. Since many people watch tv at night maybe you should have some reps/techs in BC or something. And a message would be nice if theres a big outage

    @Bell_Support you guys have the most dumbest technicians out in the market. ****! Close your business and move away if you guys can’t stand with the promise. Worst case management ever!! 🤮🤮👎🏼

    @Bell Yeah it’s unfortunate I got a form so I can get it but try to do it online & get nothing but errors when putting information

  • JenniferKastein jennifer kastein (@JenniferKastein) reported

    @Bell_Support I’ve done that NUMEROUS TIMES! Tech support keeps saying “tomorrow at o’clock” tomorrow never comes. I was credited for last month, this month I get a full bill again…still no internet

  • vball_chic14 T (@vball_chic14) reported

    @Bell_Support it’s super frustrating. Your customer support team is useless. The address can’t be found to add another line despite having one already. We live here. We get mail. We have Bell already. I don’t understand the issue. And no one is helping. This is urgent.

    @Bell_Support Not a problem I will message you now

    @godhand_ez @Bell Never, most likely.

  • DeejayManafest JamesThomas (@DeejayManafest) reported

    @abosse2001 @Bell The fact that they made an essentials plan where your data speeds get capped is the biggest slap in the face to consumers. I hope a company like Vodafone comes and scares the crap out of the 3 like Verizon did and forces them to give us an actual deal on plans.

  • _ProsperUsGroup Sherry_cgy (@_ProsperUsGroup) reported

    @Bell Internet speeds super slow today (upload speed consistently 2) in Montreal - are there known issues?
