@CityNewsTO Also price! @Bell and @Rogers are so expensive! Look at the internet providers fee in the other G7 countries. We are the worst in terms of service and we are the most expensive one. Embarrassing.

  • mark_cathcart Mark Cathcart (@mark_cathcart) reported

@RogersHelps 4 days and my cable is not working. Thinking about "igniting" my sevice and switching to @Bell. Brutal.

@Bell Mr. Bibic, I appreciate the ideology of "do not waste a good crisis " prehaps you could tell all of Canada in a simular memo what you did to support the Rogers workforce while they rectified a national network...that would be a very Canadian thing to do.

  • Danktcorbin Daniel Corbin (@Danktcorbin) reported

@RogersHelps When will service be back to normal? Here in central NL and tv keeps cutting out off and on, landline doesn't work at all and internet is slowed to the point it's almost useless. I think we've been waiting long enough. Would take less time to switch to @Bell

  • irene5787 Irene PHYSICALLY NOT SOCIALLY DISTANCE Moore (@irene5787) reported from Newmarket, Ontario

@eaje @Bell_Support @Rogers I got an alert saying it’s an outage In my area. No idea when it’ll be back but could be 24-48hrs

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@rfrancey @WGG_Carmelo @Bell That's true, but they had an old non cordless back up set they bought during the past major blackout. Anyways, my point is they can spend all this money to improve reliability, but new technology sometimes also have backdraws.

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@WGG_Carmelo @Bell I see. But before switching to pure fiber, their land line never went down when power went out in their condo or neighborhood?
