    @Bell I attempted to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

    @Bell you guys need to stop making canadians deal with philipino call centre agents who dont give a fuckkkk! What I experienced today with your monopoly company I have never experienced. Will move on to rogers thats for sure.

    @Bell_Support why is your internet so unstable?!?!? There’s been frequent outage in my area over the weeks. Seriously, what is going on? I should switch to Rogers now!!

    @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

    @Bell is there a problem with your cell towers in Ottawa? Center town to east end of city. Worst cellphone service I have had since 2007!

    I don’t understand @Bell There TV is crap. I wish we didn’t change from @Rogers and now we are stuck with a two year contract of crappiness. Stay far away from Bell. We have to reboot PVR daily and it will only take 1-2 shows a day. #bellsucks

    Bell Internet down from June 26 and restored modem replaced. Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10–15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell
