Just sent a @Bell door-to-door rep away. Let him know that Bell will never get another cent from me until they pay me the vacation pay they still owe. This is what happens when you treat your employees like crap.

@Bell_Support Thank you. I may do that but am giving them ONE MORE CHANCE on the phone... Am currently on hold I wouldn't be this upset but you guys decided to send this to COLLECTIONS & that's bad for ME when I did nothing wrong. I STILL think the "mail back" equipment isn't right.

@Bell you should be ashamed of yourselves that my monthly charges have gone up 40% in 2 years when your competition is banging down my door begging me for my business and all you can offer me is a $5/month discount.

We had a new invader from India come to our door today from @Bell that drove my wife nuts about switching to @Bell . He said he would come back when the husband was home. I called him and told him to **** off. @bell gets 30 % of his wages paid by the government #cdnpoli #onpoli

@Bell since when is it a good business practice for your customer service agents to make up devices, tell me conservations didn’t happen, talk over me trying to explain a problem and deflect requests to raise issues up to their supervisor; while keeping on the phone for 2hrs?

Time to annoy @bell about IPv6. Bell support: "That is only available for business accounts. Bell business sales: "How many IPs do you need?" I don't know why I got my hopes up, I really should have known better. Escalation sent.
