4 ) Cellular service has been out, and continues to be touch and go. Shouldn’t the billion $ companies who monopolize service here be held to a higher standard. @bell @rogers @TELUS

@Bell @Bell_Support Does this apply to all Atlantic Canadian customers? I have received several texts detailing overcharge mobile fees. The latest one I got is $300 overcharge. I typically don’t use a lot of data, but wifi is still down where I am. Please clarify when you can. Thanks

@Bell_Support You can help me in only one way - don't charge me for the days I didn't receive service. That's it!... It'd be a mere $20 off my bill. But, my God, have I ever had to jump through hoops just explaining this to your reps!... 1/2

Elderly person; phone stops working when it's wet out.. AKA wiring is bad. Calls bell three or four times. Each time, problem is "fixed". Elderly person now ~36 hours with no phone. Service for "5-9pm" didn't show. QUALITY! @bell @Bell_Support

Suddenly, with wifi, I no longer feel like I’m downloading a movie on a 200 baud modem over dial up, thanks to @bell cellular service. It failed us in a disaster.

@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?
