    @Bell_Support I’m from Nova Scotia and we have no channels and when I go on guide it says no info on all channels and it’s not even loading. Is there a nationwide issue?

    @Bell something serious wrong with a multibillion corp that continually reports no issues with its service in a region that has suffered a major power outage and even if power is restored + their own service reps state there will be no service in the area..no word on their site!

    3/4 further lend to his credibility. During the call you could tell he was probing for information to use for his purposes. His confidence level on the phone is something I've never heard before, which is why this is so dangerous. I called @Bell 's customer service number and

    @Bell_Support None of the recommended steps have resolved my issues. Satellite signal has been in progress for nearly an hour, without any success. Hoping someone from Bell will be giving me a rebate for the inconvenience or will need to look for another provider.
