I tried to pay my bill with the condition of talking to a Bell employee about unusual charges when they setup my acct. 12 months later they sent me to collections - never put me in contact w/ bell employee, only 3rd party CSR and then collections.

@HEMIvik @francesgreek1 @Bell_Support I didn’t have a any real problems with Bell just pricing I moved to Rogers that was a complete mistake now I stream no cable box my internet is unlimited anyway and I pay way way less every month

@AndreaHorwath Hi @AndreaHorwath Happy New Year to you and the whole team! Its about time something be done to help those out there especially those who go through these shutdowns but still have to pay bills and face other such problems..Those as @Bell must stop billing in times like these too
