@Bell_Support @ColonelAngus17 Sales is not an essential service. Knocking on people's doors is unnecessary risk to both the people at home ans the poor min wage (or less?) workers. Masks and distancing are not 100%, especially for workers.

@Bell_Support So are you going to notify me today before your end of the day or do I need to remind again in morning?? also why current modem is not responding? I had Rogers before and I never heard modem is not responding....so aren’t BELL checking before sending to customer??

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.
