@Bell_Support Bell sent someone today (24 hrs after they were notified) and the tech said the repair was beyond his ability (or his desire to work) and that our service should be restored by Monday. More than a dozen customers are affected and will go without service for about 100 hours! 2/3

@Bell Doesn’t matter what service you get from Bell, the service is set up to cause trouble for you in a couple of years. First thing Bell will do is offer you an upgrade at more cost to you.

@Bell_Support Is there a way to find out the status of repairs? My power is out affecting my wifi in my home (which you cannot fix), but I have no internet from my mobile. There is mobile phone service, but no Internet. How do I find out the status?

Hi @Bell_Support, please be advised that the technician was unable to diagnose the issue yesterday. Please advise if I am required to schedule another appointment for another technician to come and try to diagnose and correct the issue?
