I think I'm going to cancel our @CraveCanada TV - seeing as @Bell lied to us and @Bell_Support is taking their sweet time to fix things, landing us now in day 10 of no internet, what's the point in paying for something we can't use?

@Rogers this is not the kind of service we expect from one of the most expensive wireless providers in Canada. I may need to do some shopping around, now that my contract is over. @TELUS and @Bell what are you offering right now? I'm considering a change in providers.

Day 10 of...no internet. Wife just left home to go work because @Bell lied to us, and is in no hurry to fix it. I hope you don't get sick honey...love you. Really didn't need this stress. Guess I gotta go setup the isolation room just in case...and screw you @Bell. #ThirdWave

@Bell_Support WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. NEW CUSTOMER AND IVE BEEN WITHOUT WIFI FOR 2 days TRYING TO WORK FROM HOME. ZERO SUPPORT. CUSTOMER SERVICE LITERALLY HANGING UP ON US INSTEAD OF FIXING. WHAT THE HELL BELL?

@bell attempting to have internet installed. Ordered March 26th, two failed service called and over 6 hours on the phone! Still nothing!!!
