@Bell_Support I’m angry now but just know that when you fix this I will go back into my tv stupor, forgetting how insulting it is to be subject to this government enabled duopoly.

@Bell_Support TV not working downtown Toronto. Pixelation then freezing - all channels. Phone and internet skittish. Tried the online chat for help but not willing to pay $2 to fill in a form and was tired of the bot replies. Clearly “Pearl” did not understand the issue. ???

@Bell_Support @Bell Same problem in Brossard Quebec. Lovely Frozen Bell Fibe Blue screen since 6 pm. When calling support team, we are told to call later since they have too many calls. Poor service at Bell is usual….maybe it is time to shop for another provider. It can’t be worst than Bell!!’

@Bell_Support Taking a call is not going to help. Complaining on here is not going to help. It’s system wide and has nothing to do with your own equipment. Would have been good to tweet this earlier tho. AND post prominently on website. Would have saved me rebooting box 100 times.

@BettyHepditch @Bell_Support @CanadRaf Well if it wasn't on, how could I possibly claim not to have noticed anything? In any event, since the time I tweeted that message, I've been affected by the same problem.
