So, for about a week I can barely send a text or load an image. I can't even cast to the tv because the wifi signal drops due to a weak data signal. Casting not even streaming. Everyone in #Iqaluit is experiencing this with the bell network. What's up with this @bell? @CRTCeng

@Bell_Support new TO install this fall. Techs out in Nov, Dec, and now 6 times in Jan. Techs often don't read prev notes. Down again now; call again. New support ticket for tomorrow. Son missing classes, and I have to go into office when I can wfh. I'd better not catch omicron.

@Bell we have had no cell service since 6:30pm yesterday & are snowed in. I was able to contact a friend via wifi to call you guys on my behalf. They won't submit a ticket for our area as they can't talk to us directly. Help?

@Bell a great job by a bell contractor who stopped to help a lady in the town of Portugal cove-St.Phillips Newfoundland and Labrador. @PCSPnl . A wire had fallen down across route 50 and her home . A citizen stopped traffic and before we called 611 Bell showed up and fixed it.

@ropegungrl @RachelNotley @Bell Bell doesn’t have any tech the others don’t. It’s a population density, numbers issue. All the equipment abs fiber optic line is expensive af!
