I live 15 minutes outside London. For the past few months, the internet has declined to almost non-functioning. We pay ++ I cannot upload work as an online educator b/c our internet is so slow. This is ridiculous. #ruralontario #equity #digitaldivide @Ont_Ombudsman @Bell

@Bell_Support Resolution times continue to be delayed. Now to 11:30 PM on Thursday. Contacted service and was told that service tech would come to our house some time between 8:00 AM and 23:00 PM. Sorry, but this is BS.

@bell came and "fixed" one of our power lines by digging it up, and leaving it above ground so when we were out mowing the lawn, I drove over it with the lawn mower. They came to "fix" their mistake today and they just dug it up more, making it worse, and just left. Incompetent.

The experience of having @Bell as a provider in #Ottawa, tech support saying they’ll be back up by Sunday afternoon. It is now Wednesday and I am still without services. Even with their tech support assuring me it would be up yesterday. Do you just hire people who can’t estimate?
