    @Bell one of you reps just hung up on me. I continue to be in disbelief at the deeply poor level of service I have continuously received from Bell. Absolutely astounding.

    After an hour on the phone with @bell, my task is still not accomplished. I've been told to phone a different number. These agent has noticed a $16 monthly charge for a service I haven't had in a year. Argh! 10 min hold while he transfers me to another department.

    @Bell I’m on a 3Gig fiber network but the performance is close to DSL. Lots of issues. I’m in North Ajax. I’m using a back up Roger’s account to send this message as the Bell network just shows a loading screen. Please help. I’m also noticing people doing poured concrete landscaping and are digging up the fiber lines. Location decourcey and Hanaway - Near Taunton and Middlecote

    Day 4 of no internet/tv. No no explanation from @Bell. Just ‘network issue’. They post a repair window and once the window begins they repost a new window for some hours later. No communication, no update just a moving window for repair. DO BETTER

    @Bell_Support @Bell Are you kidding? Whts this? I need my Internet, you have been expanding the hours, we dont believe you by now. Fix this please, Internet in the phone is also garbage, I have online classes.

    @Bell My internet is not working, i called morning , fixed again issue, reached an agent in Philippines and told me to call tomorrow, is this your 24*7 tech support?
