Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.

I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

Ask them for a document that states they are all removed and ask why it is not on website. Investigators have already received the answer. #cdnpoli
