SK (@SK077879861) reported@Bell_Support why does it take 3 days for a technician to come to check the internet. You guys are the worst internet service provider. I have changed my modem 4 times and still my internet connection is not restored. Also teach ur CSR’s to be polite to customers.

Dan Weaver (@DanWeaver_ca) reportedFor fun, I guess, @Bell_Support Loyalty called me yesterday in between my tech support calls re: internet. They wanted to offer a better phone plan. Ok.... They put me on hold. I waited 15 minutes. They hung up. Didn't call back. I called Bell today. Told I can't call Loyalty.

Nick (@SouthON_KCCO) reported@fordnation The lockdowns have been extremely hard on those of us who do not have high speed internet services. I pay $300/month for limited bandwidth so I can work and my kids can do their schooling. Help @rogers and/or @bell expand into areas just outside the cities.
-
Nick (@SouthON_KCCO) reported@Rogers @bell Have you looked into expanding internet into the N1A 2W2 area code? We are all stuck on subpar internet. The first company that brings high speed services here is sure to get all the people on board. The lockdown has shown us how bad our internet options really are.
