@KeeganLN17 @Bell_Support If you run virtual repair it will say "oh, outage" and then you'll go back to outage check and it will say "what outage?" At least, that's what MyBell is doing for me...

@Bell_Support Hello CC, all is good now. Actually called tech support and they advised that service is down in East York, and shortly after my call service came back at around 3pm or so. A credit for not being able to work from home and attend meetings for 4 hours would be fair compensation.

@Bell_Support The original post was about not finding the option. I'm saying I found it, just that it doesn't work as intended. Given that my ticket was merged into a solved one, so no hope of being reviewed, should I just repost with a comment that this is a different issue?

Bell Internet down all day at my business, lost ability to do a lot of work. They claim it’s back up but it’s been hours. Nonsense. When will Canada get good telecom companies? @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Also I posted to the forum Community Home | Internet, regarding "SSID broadcasting when it turned off", but an overzealous moderator merged it with "Home Hub 4000 SSID broadcast off" which was a completely different issue.
