@Bell_Support Hi, Bell! I have the Fibe TV app on my iPad, but every time I turn on a channel, the closed captioning automatically comes on, and I have to turn it off manually. I’ve checked the Settings and it is not set to be on. How do I fix this?

@samuel_clements @Bell When those services and stations can’t be accessed, the need will be •now• and not when the provider can get around to retrofitting it. Their other services support it. I’ve got full dual-stack on my RV with @Bell. Not doing it on the rest of their products is just a cop-out.

@Bell_Support worst company ever....won't restore emy services after making 4 mistakes themselves, manager hung up on me after I proved her info to be wrong, and I had to drive to the hospital to use my dad's cellphone who had a heart attack, stroke,and cancer surgeries.
