Their service is spotty, they ship defective replacement devices, and then when you can't pay the $300 fee they charge for said broken device, they hound you day and night. When you offer an explanation, their deaf reps just keep asking for a date.

The wifi started to get very slow during covid with everyone on Zoom.Bell told me to add these pods to boost the signal. The real problem was Bell throttling down the service and over selling speeds the infrastructure can't handle.
