@ChrysalisChris @Bell @Bell_Support I am going through something similar! 🚨WARNING🚨 When leaving Bell to go to another provider make sure you move all your sympatico documents before telling Bell you are leaving! They locked me out of my e-mail account and shut down my internet and TV before it was scheduled!

@ChrysalisChris @Bell @Bell_Support Lack of competition created a lousy environment for users in Canada. The company doesn't care about you as a customer. They pay their employees to aquire new customers. They (all 3 of them) suck and we have the some of the most expensive charges for these services in the world.

@Bell_Support I've DM'd ... spoken many times. Have an outstanding 'ticket' or whatever you call it and still no service in significant areas or Northern York Region. I understand that the population is in Toronto, but please, put towers elsewhere too. Rural customers should pay less.
