    This is what happens when you do business in an monopolized environment. @rogers and @bell have horrible customer service because they do not give a **** about customers. They are only concerned with quarterly profits!

    @Bell I canceled my service with you since December of last year. I called multiple times and messaged as well, everytime I was assured for refund of $7.33, but even after 7 months I don’t have it. I am going to file a CCTS complaint soon if you send me my $

    @bell @Bell_Support you keep generating an automated call every single day to my elderly mother about "replacing" her router... she doesn't have a router WTF do we call to get this to stop?

    @Bell Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred.Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating. @Bell_Support

    Yo @Bell my internet has been terrible for the past year. Lagging randomly I've tried literally everything. Resseting my internet, unplugging it, resseting my console, and more please do sum about this.

    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.
