    @Bell Why only offer favourable pricing to new customers instead of rewarding 25 years of loyalty? Why is the rate offered through your Exclusive Partner Program more than I am currently paying? This is how you lose customers. Terrible business model.

    @Bell You need to do better. The amount of times I connect to American Networks is ridiculous. I get I live in a boarder City but it’s like I loose service more often than I have it, and bet your butts I shut roaming off. Not paying for that. #ThankfulForWifi #DoBetter

    @Bell Would be nice if you had enough support staff to answer the phone. I have been waiting on hold for 26 minutes now listening to "we appreciate your patience". I am not patient anymore... giving up.

    @Bell you sent my spouse collections over an account he never activated. He's tried multiple times to get this rectified and again today, told they can't help because its been over 3 months. He has an email stating this was refunded months ago! Con't below
