Sister Denby π¨π¦ππΊπ¦ (@DenbySister) reported@theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.

Baseballcanadiangal (@Frogger2175) reported@Bell WHEN are you fixing the phones for Mississauga green house? Over 8 days with no fix? You are killing their business and angering clients trying to call them. Take ownership and fix it! Thinking of moving to Rogers

Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

Sister Denby π¨π¦ππΊπ¦ (@DenbySister) reported@theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support I was no longer a customer, there was nothing he could do. I asked him what he could do for me if I returned. He offered me 3 free months. I will never use Bell again for those reasons.

OT (@Oliver_Trpcic) reported@bell @Bell_Support you keep generating an automated call every single day to my elderly mother about "replacing" her router... she doesn't have a router WTF do we call to get this to stop?

Linda (@Violet_71) reportedHey @Bell, thanks for wasting my time. I took a day off work for an installation appointment that was cancelled without any explanation. No notice, no accommodation, no attempt to make it right. If this is how Bell treats potential customers why would anyone switch? #Fail
