Anyone in Calgary have a @TELUSsupport outage today? @Bell was out for about 1hr think of switching back to Telus. I use my phone 12hrs a day at work. 20gb of data per month. Can’t work if I don’t have data.

  • JbnJack Jack (@JbnJack) reported

@cbcnewsbc Maybe ask @Bell_Support why our phones were switching to 3g network and also not working for data or calls (no service) throughout Alberta . Something suspect with Bells response

  • RyanVonau Ryan Vonau (@RyanVonau) reported

@cbcnewsbc Its all through BC, AB and Saskatchewan and has been since noon MT. Why they have waiting this long to address the issue is beyond me. @Bell_Support get your sh*t together.

  • KidzZam Zam (@KidzZam) reported

@Bell why is home phone so expensive? It used to be $20/m and now over $50/tax for basic. I've been a loyal subscriber to bell since early 90s and I have never been so disappointed. I cancelled my service b/c apparently you don't value customer loyalty anymore and service sucks

  • MenhemSabrina Sabrina Menhem (@MenhemSabrina) reported

@Bell_Support What about those who needed to make emergency calls to family or whomever? We pay a lot for cell service! And you took your time letting us know what the issue was. Tisk tisk

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@EComm911_info @Bell_Support Seems we need better regulations to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. These companies make huge money, they should be forced to keep their systems working in an emergency. Especially if it's only one company, not everything.

@Bell_Support It resolved.. thank you so much, other users said they had the same problems.
