@Bell No, I am frustrated by bell offering speed packages in my area that I will never achieve. Why? Because the 1.5 GB speed will NEVER be seen because the Hub 3000 is Capped at 1GB, it's the Hub 4000 that will do it and has WiFi 6 as well, but they only offer it in Ontario & Quebec

@Bell_Support @Bell Well I’ve had interrupts and outages since 2016 which have recently got persistent and more frequent. 10 tech visits in 2022. 40.8V AC on my phone line this AM as measured by Bell. But still NO Resolution or call backs. #Shameful

Tried to explain the story and why I went directly to CCTS. I was shut down with a "I'm going to stop you right there, you should have called into Bell". Excuse you? I'm not calling Bell, waiting 30 mins, only to get the same reply we've gotten in the past 20 years. @Bell

@TheeMarcFrancis @Bell I agree loyalty is no longer @Bell_Support appreciates. I’ve been a mobile customer for 16 years with them. I called and wanted to upgrade my device, and sign another new contract. They offered me the exact same offer a brand new customer gets!!! Where’s the love?

Hey @Bell_Support, been dealing with an ongoing issue with my fiber 3.0 for a month now with no resolution, it's getting quite frustrating. It's been escalated to network operations who said there's no issue and couldn't be bothered to update me. And the problem still persists!
