  @RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

  @Reil76 @Bell Oh no, i just left Rogers a couple days ago for Bell. My tv hasnt worked for a month and my internet is on and off all day. Damn did i just leave one crappy provider for another? 🙁

  @Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. I‘ve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡

  After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
