As a Canadian it is very embarrassing how crappy our live broadcast video of #WorldcupQatar2022 is. @Bell_Support @TSN_Sports still using tech from 20 years ago resulting in poor quality 720p video, in apps that often don’t work, force you to watch ads, & sign in every time.

@Bell Been a customer 4 over 15 yrs and every year it irritates me that ur loyalty plans are always more $ than ur new customer plans. I don't understand how some1 who has been giving u thousands of their dollars means less to someone who has given u nothing? Loyalty = nothing?

  • JonathanJaitly Jonathan (@JonathanJaitly) reported

@bell @Bell_Support why is it’s so difficult to get good customer service from your company? I have 10 lines and spend around $100 a month and your customer service is horrible.

  • JoCro42 JC (@JoCro42) reported

@ImSorryHamilton @EnvHamilton @Bell So how should one stand up for themselves in this situation? Also worth noting that it would be bizarrely uncommon for someone to lose their job over a parking concern. Maybe if you are already a problem employee. But labour shortages.

  • ImSorryHamilton DoctorT.Pysc.Phd (@ImSorryHamilton) reported

@JoCro42 @EnvHamilton @Bell Stand up for what? Everyday vehicles veer around hydro trucks, construction, tree trim trucks, sewage trucks, bell trucks etc It is a miniscule hassle but comes with using that mode of transport. If these small obstacles make people angry, something else is most likely the issue.

@Bell Am also have bad experience with bell with mobile

  • ImSorryHamilton DoctorT.Pysc.Phd (@ImSorryHamilton) reported

@JoCro42 @EnvHamilton @Bell There is a difference between standing up for yourself and going out of your way to find and create an employment problem for a complete stranger. Quite childish actually.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM BELL. Called Bell today around 2.30PM MST, talked to the customer service rep “Abbasi”.This person literally humiliated me and made me fell like ****! This is not what I expected after 6 years of being with Bell. @BellMobility @Bell_Support

  • ToscaConrad tosca conrad (@ToscaConrad) reported

@EnvHamilton @Bell I work for DARTS, we as drivers are not allowed to block bike lanes, driveways, sidewalks etc., Safety first but, sometimes we have no choice Don’t argue, find a solution. Motorists and pedestrians should be informed of upcoming obstructions. For everyones safety.

@forshish @Bell_Support Outages everywhere up here in Muskoka as well..They will just tell you that their system shows no outage and be completely useless even though everyone here is doesn’t have service. Clearly they have issues everywhere right now and are offering zero answers.
