    @Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE

    Bell Internet down from June 26 and restored modem replaced. Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10–15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell
