If you ever switch from @Rogers to @Bell you’ll realize how amazing Roger’s is! Bell might be the worst reception ever. I’m not sure why I even pay for it. Unreal

@Bell_Support I'll be going to the store in person tomorrow to have them swapped. I'll still be nice to the employees since it's not their fault at all, but man this has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.

@Bell_Support can you please fix the equipment issue that’s causing the Internet outage in Mississauga today ASAP? There’s a World Cup final game today at 3pm, and our life is at risk without an internet!

@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.

@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

@Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.

Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today. We fell a little like this image portrays 🤬 @Bell @Bell_Support Please help us now! Our patients deserve it.

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is not any better. I tried to cancel my cable and they said I can’t because I have a home phone.

@Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
