So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.

@Rogers you should be embarrassed about the in store service at your flagship in Toronto. Forcing customers to wait outside because you have more security than staff is embarrassing. Hey @Bell - can you help?

@Bell_Support I spent 2 hours on the telephone with your customer service staff and they weren't interested on seeing the video, the vehicles plates, id number, or anything at all about the douchebag tech. Just letting people know that if this prick rolls up in your yard, BEWARE !!!

@Bell team came into my are to put their fiber optic cable in the month of February 2022. They made a big trench in my front yard to put the cable and make the connections. They covered the trench with soil, but never came back to put grass on it They made my front yard a mess.

@Bell_Support I was told to keep rebooting my modem every few hours and to call back in 24 hrs if still not fixed.. I'm just wondering if we know what the problem is other than "bad weather"

@Bell_Support perfectly functional, reliable internet for the past 8 months. Went down suddenly ~2 weeks ago and been dealing with functionally unusable internet ever since. I'm WFH and literally can't work now. Support seemingly can't fix the issue? 😡😡
