  @stunlokked @Bell Get a firestick and download apps to stream shows andmovies I have had the same issues for years and Bell won’t budge even though I have had a cell plan for over 25 years! I am a senior and having a firestick is the best and cheapest way to go if Bell doesn’t want to help out !

  I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

  @Bell , yesterday I asked for help. Good news...a tech was here yesterday and resolved my problems. Bad news...either the Bell tech from Tuesday or Friday stole a Quest food bar. We noticed 1 missing. Only my wife and I live here, no pets. She is allergic to peanuts... 1/2

  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

  @nath_beauregard @Bell Even Rogers will screw you the same way as Bell does! Real problem is the powerful people in this country but they brought in a lot of immigrants to blame for anything wrong in this country!

  @nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again

  @nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.

  Hi @Bell_Support is internet/wifi going to restored and if so when to 75/95 Havenbrook and 5 Parkway Forest Drive, Toronto. All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!
