@Bell can you guys please fix your website, I can't look at your mobile stuff on my phone, my home computer, or computer at work. Everytime I click Mobility it says site not found. What is going on?

  • ltpierre Lolo77 (@ltpierre) reported

@Bell_Support Thank you @Bell_Support I had an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

  • Firrae Steve Lambe (@Firrae) reported

So @Bell just silently canceled it even though I have no indication of such. I see Bell hasn’t changed much. Now I wait on @Bell_Support to try and find a new appointment. What a terrible first impression this is. Lost a day of work, now will need to lose another likely.

@bshep17 @Bell That sucks bud! I’ve had Rogers ignite for a few years and I’ve never had a problem once, maybe it’s time for a switch over

  • Firrae Steve Lambe (@Firrae) reported

@Bell_Support Sent a DM, need to get this sorted soon so we can get our existing service extended if we need to

  • trdenton Troy Denton (@trdenton) reported

@Bell_Support After a 1h long call with the moving team they insist my move is June 24 despite an extremely clear june23 work order booked June 9. I'm told I'll have a few bills reimbursed. Fix your booking system. I can forward the work order if you provide an email.

Monopolies make everything more expensive and products worse. Just got off the phone with the corrupt @Bell who, after ripping up my entire complex to install fibre recently, tells me the best they've got is 50MB/s downloads. In 2022. That's worse than the crap I have now.

  • melhughes72 Melissa Hughes (@melhughes72) reported

@Bell_Support On running the virtual repair tool, it seems there’s an outage in my area but no one at Bell seems to be aware of.

  • Shahsome Shahsome (@Shahsome) reported

@Bell_Support wireless internet is again out in the Pelham area. Over the last three months. There have been literally almost a month of outages. This is simply unacceptable. Will service be restored shortly or will it be another week, like last time?
