    @Bell Never trust Bell! They have a policy where if they charge you by mistake an amount and they can’t find out how they made the mistake, they CAN’T FIX IT NOR CREDIT IT! I was told this by a supervisor after being charged hidden fees for a landline I did not used! Got it on record

    @Bell i asked at one of your stores few years ago but up to now, I am wondering why your internet service isn’t available in Vancouver? According to my research, by far your internet service has been highly recommended, is there a possibility that it will happen?

    @Bell_Support Do remember when you sold me a 6 Mb DSL service and then shaped me to 768? Do you remember our agreement that you'd credit my account? And then you forgot your side of the deal when I moved to the competition who could deliver 10 times the speed?

    @DvdHam @Bell My dsl was just always slow. It was never fast enough to have flakey periods.

    @Bell been on hold for 4 hours, got hung up on, passed around from@one agent to another, just to cancel mobile service. Do you guys work?

    @Bell_Support @bell really giving us the worst customer service ever, and I was unable to complete 2 of my exams which resulted in me failing because we have not had access to wifi in 2 DAYS!!!!
