Today a tech visited and inspected my lines-5th time this mon- and said there’s 40.8V AC on my line along with various bridge taps and end taps. Still no resolution. This has gone on since 2016. I have a 30pg file of documentation. Still @Bell refuses to return calls of fix it.

@Bell something serious wrong with a multibillion corp that continually reports no issues with its service in a region that has suffered a major power outage and even if power is restored + their own service reps state there will be no service in the area..no word on their site!

@TheeMarcFrancis @Bell I agree loyalty is no longer @Bell_Support appreciates. I’ve been a mobile customer for 16 years with them. I called and wanted to upgrade my device, and sign another new contract. They offered me the exact same offer a brand new customer gets!!! Where’s the love?

Paying $100 for 5mbit down is unreasonable. We cannot run on 5mbit down. Complained to CCTS and finally Bell is doing something. Contacted the person in charge of my case today and I'm extremely unhappy with his tone of voice. @Bell_Support
