  • shurmanator
ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

Aniket Agnihotri (@aniketagnihotri) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I am seeing 105 long distance calls on my profile in my @Bell account on my mobile . Could you please help in rectify the same as I haven’t made any long distance calls as I use/pay different service for long distance calls. #bellcanada

  • jayvijaygohil
Jayvijaysinh Gohil (@jayvijaygohil) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@PhillSnel @guitardawn @CTVToronto @CBCNews @Bell These sites allow actual users like me to report if it’s down for us or not. There is nothing coming from Bell (which sucks) so those sites would be the closest you can get to get an idea of how big the outage is.

  • AkoSiLAD
bradly paitim (@AkoSiLAD) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell NO internet service, of course NO fibe tv (M6J___ area)as well..... for more than 3 hours now... #StayAtHomeOrder is bad enough (but willingly!) without internet & tv is the ultimate. Rogers service is working. time to switch

  • SamanthaWishes
Samantha🌻 (@SamanthaWishes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell your staff is LESS than helpful. My account was taken through the SIM card fraud and I’ve never had an account with BELL but now can’t get my account back and your phone line lady hung up on us because she’s wanting us to leave quarantine to come into a bell store

  • LuiSays
Trevor Lui (@LuiSays) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • fnthawar
Farhan Thawar (@fnthawar) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I’m super disappointed with @Bell and @Bell_Support over the last few weeks. I’ve either had a technician or phone support almost every single day (including today where we started with working internet and TV and ended with nothing working!) Do not recommend

  • FitzDrum
Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

  • ShukzzA
shuks (@ShukzzA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet is down. I was on hold for an hour before getting disconnected. Please help I need to be online for work.

@Bell @TELUS Since @Rogers disappointed again with no service 15 mths apart for my Cellular, Home Alarm, Internet, and Cable, time to consider other service providers. Send me your very best offers, my services are up for grabs.

  • DussaultJason
    Jason Dussault (@DussaultJason) reported

@Bell How about some Fiber service in my neighborhood, we all want it but are forced to use Rogers.

  • doubledouble416
    Nunya Dambiz (@doubledouble416) reported

@Stigma_Hurts @Rogers @Bell I think switching everyone to ignite is a terrible idea; they should keep the "legacy" (or whatever it's called) cable as an option

  • ManishRijal
    Manish (@ManishRijal) reported

@RogersHelps No you haven’t. It’s been more than 36 hours. @Bell if you have fiber link on M3P 3G3 area please answer. Will switch in next 30 min. I am now tired of this crap. @Rogers has not even updated frequently enough to let us know why or when we get our service back.

  • Stigma_Hurts
    I’M Troubled!! (@Stigma_Hurts) reported

@doubledouble416 @Rogers @Bell The gov is partially to blame - both in #canada & the USA… cable providers were told YEARS ago that they need to convert over to an all digital service - so the tech was created to do just that

  • spencerdjblake

@EhMatt19 @TELUS @Bell Well yeah, in Canada you have the choice of terrible company, terrible company or terrible company.

  • j2simpso
    James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!
