1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech canโ€™t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet. This isnโ€™t acceptable. We need help!

@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโ€™t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly

  • BoissiereRealty
Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

  • burkby
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

fun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreementโ€”even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought Iโ€™d consider Rogers

  • kfirkiki
    kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported

@Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? Weโ€™ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.

  • JimmyDavis28
    Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported

@Bell Unless youโ€™re going to fix the issue of cell service in the province thereโ€™s nothing to discuss. This isnโ€™t an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

  • nosoupfoyou
    dang (@nosoupfoyou) reported

@Bell Oh, I called your customer serv. a few times, & the rep said he agreed the cell signal is weak in DT & my ๐Ÿ  area (Rossland and Audley in Ajax). He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesnโ€™t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. Itโ€™s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

  • HueyTheFrenchie
    Mike Moore (@HueyTheFrenchie) reported

@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down Iโ€™m still good.
