I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!
