@Bell_Support No they haven’t been restored. I was just informed that service can be out until 10:00 pm tomorrow. Terrible.

@mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

  • TyrellLisson
Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet has been down 10 hours and no ETA on the outage. Ridiculous.

  • AmeliaLeckey
Amelia Leckey (@AmeliaLeckey) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Figured out why @Bell bills are so high. Took 4 hours and 7 people for my Mom to cancel an appointment.

  • Myr_Chua
Myr Lamagna (@Myr_Chua) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell I just signed up with Bell Sept 11. Already I am being lied to regarding fees and being treated like sh*t by the customer service. Not giving a good impression already 😡

  • carolinegodin
carolinegodin (@carolinegodin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

  • burkby
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

  • etisme65
et (@etisme65) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@marywells_xo @Bell_Support For everyone having issues, the Bell Fibe app is working so you can at least use that in the mean time.

  • JeffreyLuscombe
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Nope. Tech didn’t understand problem and he can’t divert from his service ticket. Internet won’t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

  • KathyAlexiou
Kαthy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Tribute2016dm @Bell_Support Ontario and Quebec are down. Watch on a device (bell fibe app) or on your laptop. We'll have to wait until bell resolves the issue

  • simmsimer
Sir Charles (@simmsimer) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell anyone else having issues paying their bill? I've tried the app and online but it just keeps saying timed out wtf

  • burkby
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

  • sesquiotic
James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I finally get a live chat person and my @bell craps out again. Why in hell do I pay these people so much money for such spotty service

  • ifonezombie
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great

  • jocitro
Jo Citro (@jocitro) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support The problem has not resolved and is now on channel 1310 crave..

  • terrator
J Terra (@terrator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CP24 She is such eye candy. Too bad that the only avenue she has is to use the human rights quasi court. @Bell should treat its workers better.

  • vbhandari82
Vikram Bhandari 💚 (@vbhandari82) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Do_Shawn We’re on the intersection of Main and Danforth in Toronto and our internet went down just a few minutes ago as well! @Bell_Support

  • Zany68
big z (@Zany68) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet and tv and landline not working on and off. Called and recording says the probate blend are being worked on. What should I think?

  • sesquiotic
James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Fun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)

Hey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.

  • vanderhague
    Always Freija. (@vanderhague) reported

@PhillipMillar @TEMP0RARY_NAME Lost my cell on Sat. Had to unfortunately go to a Bell store where I had to deal with a surly, utterly rude J££t invader. F*ck @Bell. Crush the telecom oligopoly.

  • jwhizzo_

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Get No Name sim card at Real Canadian super store, NoFrills or any Loblaws store. It is like $5. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.
