They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didnโt believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
