She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!
