    @adunnewold @Bell_Support @Bell I just finished chatting with bell mobility tech support. Can’t call because I don’t have enough cell service to make one. They are tight lipped. Said they don’t want to make promises. Said it could be days.

    @adunnewold @Bell_Support @Bell I was told that we will get credit for the days without service. Still doesn’t help me if I have to make an emergency phone call but it is what it is

    @Bell_Support you seriously going to charge me overage fees for your LTE network following this storm that knocked out everyone’s wifi? Bit of a money grab considering even the LTE network was down for awhile. @

    @Mizhakwad14 @Bell_Support @Bell Why am I not surprised that Bell is anything but forthcoming about the non-existent service we’ll still likely to end up paying for? They really need to do far better at transparency and communication with clients.
