    @Bell_Support Hi there services not working in Cambridge, ayr, kitchener ...ummm why? I didn't get an email about matinance in the area. Low key pissed that I missed half the hockey game because of resetting my bell box every few mins for freezing.

    @Bell_Support you think it is fine to upsell a customer in a misleading way. Paying an extra $10 a month and can’t even access CTV on crave. Will be contacting CS in the morning to cancel my subscription. Beyond unimpressed.

    @Jennjo22 @Bell I called to cancel in July after finally getting in touch them but they did not cancel my service. I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.
