Hey @Bell. Just tell me where this alleged “frozen box” is and I’ll fix it myself. A blowtorch and a pry bar will get it open. #lazy #horriblecustomerservice #embarassing

  • Spiritbeard Spiritbeard (@Spiritbeard) reported

@Bell_Support spent over 3 hours on calls with tech support today, who instead of attempting to fix my issue ran in circles, yelled and blamed 3 cell phones and a smart thermostat. Thanks bell, 0 stars. No resolution but to leave.

  • jimhynes909 James (@jimhynes909) reported

@Bell_Support No Fibe TV or internet service here in Laval, QC since 8AM Feb 2nd Absolute waste of time calling Bell support, they spend more time verifying acct info than providing any info. You're famous in Canada for bad cust service, and rightly so

  • EricaEhm Erica Ehm (@EricaEhm) reported

My wifi has been down for close to 24 hours and won't be fixed until at least tomorrow. Same thing happened last week. Anybody else having wifi issues with Bell in Toronto? cc @Bell_Support

  • jamesatkinson27 James Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@jamesatkinson27) reported

Day five of no service from @Bell. Good job people. You keep losing me money…why stop now? #clowns

  • David02712621 David (@David02712621) reported

@Bell Bell owns CFTO. You're intentional misinformation and direct censorship of the truth makes you incompetent. After 37 years I'm getting ready to cancel my phone line and anything your company has their fingers in.

  • laurafulleranne Laura Fuller (@laurafulleranne) reported

@angns @Bell I've read so many reviews and basically any but the good nestle weren't great. I went with that system and haven't had any problems but it's definitely not cheap

  • HabbyMula Marco Mula (@HabbyMula) reported

@KnucklesNilan30 Disgusting! Been missing you Knuckles. Only @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell would pull that ****. Wish you all best. Podcast??

  • jimhynes909 James (@jimhynes909) reported

@Bell_Support I've already found a solution. It's called dropping your bad service after a year of issues with bad billing, poor speeds, and customer service agents married to their scripts.

  • kfmdawe99 k dawe (@kfmdawe99) reported

@Bell Shouldn’t your wifi be able to cover a small home area already? Just how bad is your internet?
