@Bell you guys have proven once again you’re the absolute worst. Canceled my home phone line and you went ahead and canceled my TV AND internet as well. Numerous calls and no resolution yet. Look forward to your canned response...

@andrevezina8 @fionakennyantiq What🤢 happens in America, 1-2 years the trend 🤮/follows toward 🇨🇦. If Big brother does it, then it gives us the permission to be as senile about helping our humanity. 🦊News doesn’t help the situation; polluting 🇨🇦 perception. I don’t understand the 🇨🇦carriers?! @Bell_Support

Still no @bell_support internet or tv. 7 days without and there only solution is to keep doing the same thing that doesn’t work. They offer me free data to compensate that I can’t use because I have the wrong phone plan. If this doesn’t get sorted out I am cancelling.

Hey @bell , that’s some Pretty sad customer service when your customer retention line has you on hold for 40 mins and then drops the call with no call back. Definitely not a way to start things with customers coming over from @Rogers.

@PaulGBrandon @gregg_lowden @Bell Because existing Rogers customers are already paying more for 500. Unless more switch to Teksavvy, they have no reason to improve their service
