@Bell_Support internet and tv and landline not working on and off. Called and recording says the probate blend are being worked on. What should I think?

@Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.

Fed up with poor rural internet service, yeah you @bell. New cell service is available, I can see the tower from my house but @bell says no service for me, even tho' my neighbour has it. Called @bell - they were supposed to send a tech out to check - 5 days later no sign of them

I have ordered (BCGBWVP2) Bell Mobility through phone and was promised something but when I received the order it is different. So Bell agent are simply making fool of their customer for selling new connection with wrong information. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support absolutely ridiculous is the only way to describe pathetic Bell service - actually locked us out of our internet and can’t resolve issues. Tried multiple times to get help - it’s hopeless - tried to escalate and was prevented…HELP

@Bell_Support And I want that update right now. I also want some sort of solution today. Hotspot remote something. I have no wifi. No tv. Nothing for a week!!!!!!!!
