    Too anyone using @Bell DO NOT use self service online. I did and my bills were not combined and now I'm behind. I did not know I has to call and confirm the self service task of getting one bill. Thanks @Bell your "senior" agent I was escalated to was rude. No help, just shamed.

    Also, @Bell despite your customer service claim that you’re “working on it” a five minute stroll up the street revealed the accident (?) in question and no crews on site working on it. #Bullshit

    @RogersHelps I wish @bell internet service was available in my area. My business services are all down because of the internet and phone being on one line feed. My clients all shaking their heads.. Thanks Rogers for making it unpleasant day for me.
