Ok, listen to this story about @Bell internet service: If you have a wireless modem, you pretty much have to replace it every 4 yrs. Sometimes the issue that appears is definitely the modem, but often it isn't. By the end of this past summer I was getting low bandwidth issues...

In some vague effort to make myself feel less awful about all the debt around my mother’s death allow me to attempt to shame @Bell and see if @Bell_Support could maybe stop sending collection letters to my mom’s estate.

As a @Bell customer for over 4years, I've never been this disappointed in their services. I honestly feel hurt. What a way to start off a new year 🥺

@Bell_Support I HIGHLY doubt you guys will be of any help. The 3 supervisors I have spoken to were absolutely useless, so I doubt twitter support will be any better. Thanks though!

@Bell_Support customer for 14 years when I try and ask about upgrading and if I could get a loyalty pkg phone rep offered me 90 package after telling her another company has double data for 45… ready to switch who’s a good carrier in Canada?

  • syedfaisaljaved Faisal Javed (@syedfaisaljaved) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell the customer service is not waiving the service connection fee of 50$. I was told it will be waived. Do it or I'll close the sim. And won't pay any of the amount.

  • Caperfamily joe blow (@Caperfamily) reported

Anybody else having a problem with their @Bell home phone transferring incoming calls immediately to voicemail without even 1 ring? I've been having it for about 2-3 weeks despite multiple temporary fixes by Bell.
