Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

  • srslycanadian BrEnDa🌻🇨🇦 (@srslycanadian) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Bell If I have to listen one more time to your awful commercial with everybody yelling because they lost service, I will step in front of a bus! #enoughtraumawithoutthat #crazyfromcovid

  • SeanMor27198990 Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@SucksXplornet I’m now using @AtlasVPN so I don’t have to worry about paying all the extra data charges and so I can keep my Internet Service a little bit more private and hide it from my own provider and still use it publicly so I don’t get charged any extra money 💰 from @Bell

  • IAmAntonMak Anton Mak (@IAmAntonMak) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Bell fix your terrible internet service @Bell

  • AkoSiLAD bradly paitim (@AkoSiLAD) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell NO internet service, of course NO fibe tv (M6J___ area)as well..... for more than 3 hours now... #StayAtHomeOrder is bad enough (but willingly!) without internet & tv is the ultimate. Rogers service is working. time to switch

  • ShukzzA shuks (@ShukzzA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet is down. I was on hold for an hour before getting disconnected. Please help I need to be online for work.

  • jayvijaygohil Jayvijaysinh Gohil (@jayvijaygohil) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hey guys, can’t get to talk to a customer representative. I have been waiting for an hour now. There definitely is an outage in Toronto. At least make an official announcement on social media.

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

  • CanuckHavoc Mark Cebrowski (@CanuckHavoc) reported from Okanagan Falls, British Columbia

Been trying to make cell calls but nothing is getting out even though signal strength is adequate in Penticton BC. I’m using Bell services unsuccessfully. Imagine if there was a real crisis! 😬 @Bell_Support

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.
