    @Bell_Support @Bell my family and I have been with bell for over 5 years even then HORRIBLE customer service, each representative says something different and there is no way to reach anyone above.

    @Bell redirected to loyalty customer representative who did nothing but add that it usually takes 2 to 8 business days and they tell me there is no one above that can be contacted 😠 i really dont know how to deal with this other than my family and I to leave bell.

    @Bell_Support It was from around 12:15AM until well after 2:00AM...couldn't report at the time because full outage - no internet, phone, cell in our area at all. Just want to know what happened to have all services down.

    @Bell_Support I have resettled it twice today. I am turning it off for 15 minutes as per a friend to see if that helps. I just switched service to you guys a month ago. If this keeps up...

    @Bell_Support Recently, my Bell Internet has been steadily declining in performance. I already pay $100/mo for a meager 5MB speed and a cap with a bad router that Bell refused to replace even though it had issues since the start. I WFH and do online gaming. I need this fixed.
