Brad Canada🥷 🇨🇦 (@BradCAD79) reported@Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support home phone has been out since last Saturday - apparently an issue with a cable. I have been lied to far too many times this week. No one has an answer. Now it is supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - 94 yr old mother has no service for almost a week.

ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.

Possible Canadian (@possiblecanadia) reportedSo because of @Bell I'm gonna have to pay for another month of a bank account I'm supposed to close + overdraft fees because I don't have $105 in my bank account right now, since, y'know, I just got LAID OFF. The guy I talked to on the phone was an ******* too.

Funkins Designs (@FunkinsDesigns) reportedHey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

Bill Wellman (@bill_dub) reported@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. Chris Aglah (@chris_aglah) reported@Bell Never going back to @Bell. They tell you one thing and when you join, they start charging you whatever they want and most of the customer service people do not listen.
