    @diva_in_denial @Rogers @Bell I'm no friend of Bell and vice versa. One day I will explain. I won't defend Rogers or any others beyond what I already have. Generally, I think our cell rates are not THAT bad given Canada's vast geography and low density population. (Except the cities of course)

    @Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.

    Pathetic pathetic customer service with @Bell mobility guys! They promise you an offer on their app to upgrade a device and then don’t honor it later! Cancelling my services with them!
