    @Bell internet is down in St. Catharines. Bell Support is not responding. We haven’t had internet since approximately 7pm yesterday. Your website is saying there’s no issues and we are paying customers with account in good standing. Can you please look into this and update?

    @Bell @Bell_Support You still have an outage in Markham. You called everyone to say it was resolved. It’s not… have someone look into it again. Making us all call individually to go through the reset steps is frustrating because it’s not us it’s your issue

    @Bell and @Bell_Support proving once again today they are the worst-run company anywhere - on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to deal with an issue that shouldn't have come up in the first place. ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 8 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO A CUSTOMER REP!
