Matt.M4n (@MattM4n_) reported@Bell_Support worst experience ever. 15 hours worth of phone calls, and in store visits, just to get $60 out of collections for a service I didn’t use. I was promised by a rep it would be dealt with and 3 weeks later, calls and letters keep coming.
