    Dear @bell. Called in to update my credit card info so I can give YOU money and am told by the rep he can no longer take this. I have to set up an account and find out how to do it online. Fantastic customer service. I should have the option of speaking with a real person.

    @Bell_Support I feel the only way that I can get my issue resolved is taking to the CEO and petitioning the monopoly that Bell has with the public. I have called and spoken with someone at bell support 10 times, had 4 tech people sent out over a 2 month time period and still no resolve.

    @Rogers & @RogersHelps 2 hrs today, 2 hrs last Friday on the phone w/6 agents from Customer service & Rogers preferred prgm. 6 emails. A dozen text msgs.AND still no phone, still not on the correct plan. Why did I leave @Bell again????

    @Bell It saddens me that publicly Bell attempts to show that they are a good company. Yet behind the scenes the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding my internet for 2 months. Bell.

    @Bell_Support Your spam catcher is broken again. Don't tell me that it is on my end as it isn't. I received 4 spam messages in a row. Please fix.

    @Bell_Support my bell Fibe 4K receiver has been stuck on the bell fibe logo for a very long time. I’ve tried rebooting, I’ve unplugged and replugged back in and I’m still getting the same result.. how do I fix this?!

    @Bell_Support land line has been down for >24hrs and therefore I have no internet either. Told this is a problem in the area but still no promises it will be fixed until 10pm May 12. When ppl work and do school at home how is this an appropriate timeline

    @Bell 2hrs 23 minutes 6 customer services reps and placed on hold for a solid 35minutes and disconnected. You make it so hard to love you.
