    @Bell_Support After a few more phone calls, I finally got the issue resolved, or at least I believe it’s resolved. I’ll know that after the next billing cycle. It’s astonishing that a company can’t get their “team” to work as one machine. Calling in 3x should not result in 3 different stories.

    Been on hold with @Bell_Support for over an hour now. 3rd time I’ve had to call in February alone for internet issues. This is beyond ridiculous never been so dissatisfied in my ISP before. @Bell

    @Bell Hey bell my GF paid her bill, you cut her phone off while she has a covid quarantine, she cant even phone you support team because there is no service. For $81 you left her alone and without a phone Shame on you criminals, shame on you ! @Bell

    @Bell I had the most awful customer service experience today on the phone. How can a representative tell me to hang up and call back when I requested to speak with a manager? 😳 this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
