    @Bell_Support Sunday bell internet went off during the day came back at night. It is Wednesday today, it is not working. It is not even getting connected!! Why ******** should I pay you? For what? Broken internet!!!

    @Bell_Support I have lived chatted with 2 of your customer service personnel who could not explain why payments are sitting as a credit on my account and my cell is being suspended even though there's a couple hundred dollars credit there. Will you be different and actually be able to assist?

    Being back in Canada I can switch from the internet browser to anything else and I stay connected. But was told they couldn’t help me. I have wasted over 5 hours and all @Bell says is there was no note.

    @Bell_Support My internet speed went from 25/5 to 2.7/0.5 . Called support and went through diagnostics. They say I will have to wait a couple of months for bell to put up a new tower. Not very good business practices.
