I kinda dropped off twitter but I've had to come back on so I can complain about yet another horrible @Bell_Support issue. This time they dbl-charged me when I tried to upgrade my wife's device & I have to wait 20 days for a refund + they don't have the upgrade on the account. 1>

Hey @bell let’s talk! Your mobile customer service department botched up our order two weeks ago & gives me the option to ‘expect’ a call on Monday or I can feel free to choose an alternate carrier. Wow. Sorry to see that your customers are seen as an inconvenience. #fail
