After tonight’s @cogeco outage for five hours and counting, it’s clear their service is very vulnerable. The @Bell fibre internet lines are being installed in my neighbourhood now and if the pricing is good, switching might be a smart idea.

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support absolute worse support. I just keep jumping from one department to another.

@Bell_Support Using Bell as a service provider is a terrible experience. Service on mobile networks is lousy. Never advise anybody to connect with Bell.

Time wasted with @Bell as I was given false information that a technician would come in today to install the new modem, but the appointment was never booked. Extremely frustrated and hoping other customers don't experience what I went through today. 😑

  • NathanielBorody Nathaniel Borody (@NathanielBorody) reported

@Bell Outragous prices. As a Bell customer, I’m switching when my current contract runs out.

  • woKaaW woKaa (@woKaaW) reported

@Bell_Support We have asked, several times. All end with the usual arguments from operators telling us that we're not allowed to cancel landline or TV without paying exorbitant fees. Why does landline add an extra $100 to our internet bill?
