@Bell It's great when you're paying for two phone lines and then without warning or telling you they cut one to give it to your neighbor because they don't have any other lines running down your street but you're still paying for it. 10/10 service right there

@ItsSamG @Bell Nope it was to shut down their business account. They didn't even have a chance to port the phone number over to my dad's cell# after 50 years of the same business # since @bell rushed to close their number for non payment..

@tmkuster @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell Maybe but the part missing from Bell's campaign is action. #BellLetsAct but they never act to get meaningful change done.

Anyone else having extreme connectivity issues their @Bell_Support gigahub? I switched from a HH4000 and on firmware 1.14.1 and I’m dropping every few minutes. Reboots, resets, do nothing. Wifi is very slow and devices sometimes can’t find it.

@nataliehenrie @Bell It’s terrible. These companies don’t have a proper process in place and we pay the price

@artisteashlei @sameo416 @Bell_Support I warn all service companies when I make appts that their people will be provided with an individually wrapped, new N95 mask and they will not be allowed into the house if they don't wear it throughout their visit.

@Bell_Support No I'm good. Tech support will do the typical "reset your modem, reset your connected devices, ect." As if I've never done that before. Then "We'll have to send a tech out to look at it..." I don't have time for that.

@Bell_Support Can you fix your call center tech . The delay of audio makes it difficult to converse over the phone . I believe this is due to bad tech at your call centers . Just saying

@DavidWilliamsCB @Bell Join the club. I switched to bell and trying to game on a wireless connection was absolute garbage.
