@Bell_Support my internet has been down since 10:30am, L5B in Mississauga. I’ve lost a full day of work, when are we expected back online?

@peterfromottawa @tamimsab @Bell I've also had both and would wait days for tech support to arrive because Rogers and Bell customers get priority. Fibe is the name for the service but it only works if your building is equipped with fiber. While Bell is terrible, the service and speed over fiber is unmatched.

@peterfromottawa @Bell The lag is likely to do more with your building than the service. One of my previous apartment was a black hole for wifi. If you're gaming try using a hardwired connection to the router.

@talkinani @kartermaria @Bell_Support Well look at that. Technician cancelled because it’s a WIDER OUTAGE as suspected. Whole building is down. Crazy how Bell can’t sort out that multiple calls from one address might indicate a larger problem.

@Bell I’m frustrated because you billed us $599 for a broken TV receiver that we had, as instructed, returned 2.5 months ago. When we called to check, the person who answered found the returned box in 5 minutes. Unacceptable billing practice.
