@bell security system has multiple technical failures. Alarm goes off. Rep calls, says it’s technical problem. Yep. Transfers me to tech, who starts demanding I verify my identity. “But you guys called me,” I said. “It’s me.” He keeps haranguing me. I hang up. Great service.

@CRTCeng So you guys are doing all this work, yet 99% of all my @bell incoming calls are still fake, spoofed, or just blatantly scam calls. How is it so possible to control the entire network yet not be able to stop the scam calls? I had 28 in 1 day a month or 2 ago.

Good Morning! Here we go again. My 85 year old neighbour who has her Emergency Alert attached to her @Bell phone line lost her line in the wind storm on Tuesday. Was told she would it would be fixed yesterday. She's still waiting. This is so typical of @Bell. C'mon. Do Better!

@Bell_Support Hi. I have a problem with my Bell mobility prepaid account. It looks like Bell is deducting payments for my husband's phone from my account. Either that or it's deducting random unjustified payments. I need this to be sorted out.

I called @Bell because my internet is so slow that I can't upload a simple 4 minute video. Their answer to can I have faster wifi is ... no it's not possible?
