    horrible experience with @Bell customer service agent, was looking for some home security packages and agent probably in #India had absolutely no idea on packages and Customer Service!

    @Bell_Support cancelled internet and tv service for our tenants after just yesterday confirming the details of the account to make sure there was no interruption. Now, they are saying we have to wait a week for re-installation. Really? Do better Bell. Send someone TOMORROW. #bell

    @Bell_Support received 2 new receivers...nothing but problems. Tech could not resolve issues over the phone so now we have to have a technician come out on Sunday to fix it. And my son who works from home could not do his job properly. So your $50 credit doesn't cut it.

    @EmanGyulay @Bell_Support @JTYKung Called customer support again for an update and ETA for resolution is 5 p.m :( An issue with an equipment in our area apparently.
