@Bell I even said "please don't make promises you aren't going to keep" and they said "trust me, its a promise" and I said "can we make sure to keep these chat logs so that I can reference them when you inevitably let me down again". Because this is exactly what happened.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support we lost cellular and internet around 10:00am today May 22. It’s now 8:45 and it says we have service but the internet doesn’t work and the cellular is ridiculously slow!

@Bell_Support Does this include LTE LTE+ and 5G mobile network? I'm in Barrhaven, just got power back from that storm, did a bunch of reboots, Airplane modes cycles and still get no internet on my S22 Ultra. I can call, just no internet.

.@bell Fibetv is a horrible service. It never works and you pay out the *** for it. I am lucky to be able to watch 2 minutes before it freezes. There is no way I am going to renew it when I move with the customer service they provide.

@Bell_Support what’s happening with service?! Stopped at 9:39pm last night. Checked the app and it said Sunday am at 10:14. When I checked at 10am it says some time Monday?! No support on the site either. No solutions and no compensation. Wow!!
