After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? ๐ก
