After 20 years with @Rogers we cancelled & moved to @Bell for TV, Phone & Internet...Rogers raised our bill by $100 a month without notice, the internet & cell service is terrible...the Bell Fibe TV app is unreal...billing app is far more superior...why did we not switch earlier!

I’m so disappointed with the service at @bell_support. We recently had our wifi upgraded but because of a mistake on @bell’s end the wifi was not configured correctly and unknown to us, was cutting in and out of service constantly.

I have to reboot my @Bell modem like once a week. @ConsumerSOS should investigate them for charging customers while failing to deliver a stable service.

@Bell you simply have the worst service. Your email set up is awful. What kind of provider doesn’t allow your email to work in Outlook outside of Canada. No one wants to use your awful webmail. How bad can you get.
