    @Bell_Support While i did send a msg via DM was told tech support couldn't be provided over social media & to call. Problem is my cell is my only means of phone so I'm not able to call. I guess I'll go visit my local bell store when i get a day off. I'll w8 a few days 2 see if things resolve.

    Anyway because of @Bell_Support ‘s incompetence, we may not see internet until Tuesday or later. Not impressed as a first time customer for internet

    I purchased a 5G Samsung phone from @Bell I have not had it even 6 months and there has been an issue every month. @Bell has had it for a month. Was supposed to be warranty but now are charging me $230. They have given me a 6 year old phone as a loaner. No timetable for rtn

    @Bell_Support Is there a contact that can assist? Our installation did not happen at all today. Just waited. After 5 hours we got a text saying the job was done. Called for help. 5 hours later no call back.

    @Bell You are an embarrassment. My service rep for the ever present screen glitches, pixelation, frame freezing, blue screen, etc was based in the Philippines! Wonder why you’re hiring them? Hmm… All Bell customers put up with this and @CRTCeng is part of the problem. Failures.

    @Bell_Support @DarkOnyxx_x I am always amused at Bell customer service who act like their defects aren't already known to them and you just need to contact them with your details. People tweet because that's already failed and they are PO'd.

    @Bell_Support Bell, the worst company in the world. No show today for install. Gives a time window of 8 AM to 5 PM to we may not show up at all. Call Bell, talk to a guy until he gets frustrated with me because I want an answer and he hangs up. Customer service at its finest
