@Bell_Support was just told there is a Fibe issue in our neighborhood and we could be without internet until July 3rd? Any statement on this? How am I supposed to work from home? How will we be compensated?

  • johnny_mac57 Johnny Mac (@johnny_mac57) reported

@Bell_Support absolutely ridiculous is the only way to describe pathetic Bell service - actually locked us out of our internet and can’t resolve issues. Tried multiple times to get help - it’s hopeless - tried to escalate and was prevented…HELP

  • _johnny_mac77 Johnny_Mac (@_johnny_mac77) reported

@BELL...$325 a month and all 4 TVs in the house buffering when trying to watch Hockey Game. Got to be kidding me with this ****. So sick of your useless product and even worse customer service. Complete crap.

  • Milly_Paulie Milly (@Milly_Paulie) reported

@Bell_Support Since iOS 15 is a beta, I already know you won’t offer support, but you should probably let your app developers know about it for when it goes public.

  • Numba_Nine Michael Helmer (@Numba_Nine) reported

What is the point in paying for data when it never ******* works and I have to be connected to wifi to use any apps? @Bell_Support

  • litework9 litework (@litework9) reported

Been getting the runaround from @Bell support about an issue with a cell tower that has made my service unbearably slow since December 2020. Case #213462. Almost 8 MONTHS and no work has even begun on this tower. Any response?

  • Landon2183 Ryan Landon (@Landon2183) reported

@Bell so apparently it's a $15 service fee to speak with a customer rep for 5 mins on the phone to make a change to my account? Which I wasn't told about till after. On top of the $25 to add a GB of data when I already spend $120 a month. #robbery #garbage let's talk my ***

  • ErinGriffiths Erin Griffiths (@ErinGriffiths) reported

@Bell How should we do that @Bell when Fibe is down at Yonge and Lawrence until Saturday at 11:00 pm at the earliest?

I have ordered (BCGBWVP2) Bell Mobility through phone and was promised something but when I received the order it is different. So Bell agent are simply making fool of their customer for selling new connection with wrong information. @Bell @Bell_Support
