We just switched our 4 cell phones from Bell to another provider. My parents are doing their homework tomorrow and I'm praying they switch. I HATE ****** service! #itsallaboutthecustomerservice @Bell_Support you NEED to do/be better. How would you feel if you had to miss work?
I hate telecoms. I called @bell to cancel my home phone & my bill increased. They have deals for new customers but as a 15+ year Bell customer there are no deals unless I keep a home phone #. And yes, I could keep the home phone & just not use it, but that is not the point.
@Bell_Support Please fix your website so existing customers can order services online. When I’m in a logged in state, it won’t move past “add new service”.
My parents have had no cell service since Friday! My Dad works from home, he has taken 2 days off of work, another one probably tomorrow. Bell says there is an issue with one of the towers... @Bell_Support
@Bell_Support There is no use as there is nothing YOU can do as the provider is the one who has to contact you to have the line fixed. And you can only issue service calls to an account directly under Bell. There is a reason we left bell for another provider…

@Bell_Support Can you tell your agents that when they call a customer and they disconnect suddenly, it's important to call the customer again? It's.. kind of basic stuff? Thank you.
@Bell_Support since when do you need a customer’s drivers license to add a mobile phone to mine bill. I have been a customer since 2017 and tried to add a cell phone line and the guy demanded my drivers license number.
@Bell_Support there is major internet/wifi issues in the Ottawa area. Many people are reporting it. I pay for your fastest Fibe internet and you don’t even meet the speeds you indicate we would get for download and uploads. It’s been weeks of days with crappy internet. Fix it.
