@TELUSsupport You forgot to mention that @Bell and @Rogers have security issues. Lol

  • OcitizenT TOcitizen (@OcitizenT) reported

.@Bell Please fix your capacity issue in Patterson County. This is ridiculous. Been waiting a year and you can't figure out how to add capacity to a full tower? There is obviously a need, figure it out. #Bell

  • Kushal_Geesawor Kushal Geesawor (@Kushal_Geesawor) reported

Just switched to @Bell. Friday was awful with @Rogers and my LTE access still doesn't work...

  • jonathan740 JOJOJOJO CRYPTO (@jonathan740) reported

@Bell Damm you're prices are way to high , should just cancel and get a better price lol

  • pnomolos Phil Schalm (@pnomolos) reported

Based on recent personal interactions with @TELUSsupport and @Bell_Support and the @Rogers “incident” I feel like the only thing necessary for a startup teleco to succeed in Canada is funding and to not be grossly incompetent - they could be OK even with average incompetence!

  • nrthblem #NrthBlem™ (@nrthblem) reported

That’s it. I just got @RogersHelps like 6 months ago…I’m leaving. Just third outage and second in what, 3 days!? Common, this is ridiculous— I’m going back to @Bell_Support 💯

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@WGG_Carmelo @Bell I see. But before switching to pure fiber, their land line never went down when power went out in their condo or neighborhood?

  • AnousBirding Stu Mackenzie (@AnousBirding) reported

@Bell_Support Still junk. 4 bars 3G, can’t send a text. 0 data. Bad service is almost worse than no service at all. Fix it please! weeks and counting…

  • digemden Dan Gowette (@digemden) reported

@Rogers any idea why my television works fine downstairs but not upstairs? I know you have other problems to deal with but this is really frustrating. Really starting to doubt my long term business with your company. @Bell you guys any better🤔

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@Bell Sometimes new technology is not the best for reliability. My parents switched for fiber internet and home phone, but now when power goes off, their home phone is also down. With copper, this didn't happen.
