    @Reil76 @Bell Oh no, i just left Rogers a couple days ago for Bell. My tv hasnt worked for a month and my internet is on and off all day. Damn did i just leave one crappy provider for another? 🙁

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    @Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.
