  • inphotog_ Ivan (@inphotog_) reported

Tried to explain the story and why I went directly to CCTS. I was shut down with a "I'm going to stop you right there, you should have called into Bell". Excuse you? I'm not calling Bell, waiting 30 mins, only to get the same reply we've gotten in the past 20 years. @Bell

3/4 further lend to his credibility. During the call you could tell he was probing for information to use for his purposes. His confidence level on the phone is something I've never heard before, which is why this is so dangerous. I called @Bell 's customer service number and

@Bell_Support I’ve had internet and phone line issues since Ap 19. One 24H period, 57 interrupts. Made 8 calls to technical auto, had ~5 tech visits. Your Area Supervisor James Hawkins refuses to answer my calm voicemails. What gives? #Bell_Service #Bell_Complaints #Bell_Support

Paying $100 for 5mbit down is unreasonable. We cannot run on 5mbit down. Complained to CCTS and finally Bell is doing something. Contacted the person in charge of my case today and I'm extremely unhappy with his tone of voice. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support @Bell Well I’ve had interrupts and outages since 2016 which have recently got persistent and more frequent. 10 tech visits in 2022. 40.8V AC on my phone line this AM as measured by Bell. But still NO Resolution or call backs. #Shameful

  • fmuhammedi13 Faizan Muhammedi (@fmuhammedi13) reported

Terrible customer service from @Bell, I even requested a supervisor and I was told no and then asked to speak to customer service to report the service I had today and they disconnect me. Absolutely pathetic

  • arkade_arak arkade (@arkade_arak) reported

@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.
