After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. I've been told that a technician can't come to assess the issue. This level of service is extremely frustrating. Should I start looking for another provider? @Bell
