    @Bell if I'm on hold for over 20 minutes before I get to speak to a human, then not only does your custom service need work, you also need more people on staff. #FixIt

  • alanc8686 alan chen (@alanc8686) reported

    @RogersHelps @Mcatlady54 @Bell Stop feeding people that bs and just fix the effing internet. No body needs to know you are sad about your **** not working. Stfu and fix it

  • GeoffreyMBCrowe Geoffrey Crowe 🇺🇦 (@GeoffreyMBCrowe) reported

    @RogersHelps I appreciate that auto response. But the problem is you haven’t invested in infrastructure in my neighbourhood in decades. Have already gone over this repeatedly with reps and not worth rehashing. @Bell just put in #Fibe around the corner so should be coming to our street soon!

  • kickitgood25 Johannes Briek (@kickitgood25) reported

    @TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.

  • Lisa74922501 Lisa (@Lisa74922501) reported

    @Bell_Support Wifi is not working.

    @Bell why your customer service is so poor ? So many people complain about your service still we are getting same poor service. Worst technical department. Garbage and full of thieves run this company.

  • NaturalButtrfly Natural Butterfly 🦋 (@NaturalButtrfly) reported

    @Bell_Support is the internet service still down? Been without since 9:30am. What is happening? I'm in the M5E area code.

  • lacasse_andre Andre (@lacasse_andre) reported

    I recently switched my cell service to @Bell after almost 15 years with another provider and now every line on my account is being inundated with spam/phishing texts.

  • savomauro Wilderr67 (@savomauro) reported

    Don't even get me started on @Bell_Support @bell overseas customer support.... Ain't nobody got time for that gong show

  • DebLaceKelly Deb Lace-Kelly (@DebLaceKelly) reported

    Few yrs ago @Bell technician told me when replacing modem that to upgrade, the front lawn would be ripped up & new wires hung to the street. I declined so he confided that in a few years Bell would purposefully interrupt my Internet to get me to upgrade. That’s happening now
