    Dear @Bell. I called you because you made a mistake on my mobile account. All I want to do is fix the mistake. I didn’t call to arrange a new business line or a home phone or satellite TV. I shouldn’t have to spend an hour (so far) on the phone to correct YOUR mistake.

    Yes @Loblaws is a horrible company. But I just spent almost 2 hours on the phone with @Bell and they are absolutely awful! Don't do business with Bell.

    @MRAARONTRUTH @Bell I was on for one month then went back to Cogeco. Have had no problems with them and the speed is amazing.

    @RogersHelps disappointed I now have to wait 24-48 hours to speak with a team leader to try and continue negotiating my loyalty discounts after almost a 2 hour online chat...do better or lose my business...I have @Bell on standby in my DM's ready to help me.

    @KatGrrrrrl @Bell_Support This was the work of 2 technicians on March 8 on Day 2 of a service call. They didn't provide other solutions either, was not impressed.

    @Bell The worst internet I’ve ever had in my life was the 1 month I had Bell. Had the router replaced twice and it was still not working or just barely. Paid for 1GB speed and at most was getting 12MB when it did work. Was awful. Just garbage.

    @Raptors @Bell Biggest problem for Raptors this season has been their inability to close out wins late in the 4th. The guys given the most opportunity has failed miserably (Siakam & FVV). FVV& Siakam miss too much in the crunch time. Trent, Barnes & OG are better options for those situations.

    @Bell We never had lag until we switched to Fibe. It’s especially annoying when we use the Crave app. The app crashes and the PVR remote is annoying because it’s oddly shaped and gets lost easily. Frequent irritations since changing to Fibe. The price was right, but service meh.
