@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell When I used to work phone support I learned the trick, most Canadian support lines that handle French support always bring you to a bilingual service in Canada, but English support usually sends you to the Phillipenes where they are trained to sound more Canadian

If you ever switch from @Rogers to @Bell youโ€™ll realize how amazing Rogerโ€™s is! Bell might be the worst reception ever. Iโ€™m not sure why I even pay for it. Unreal

@bell if youโ€™re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops

@Reil76 @infamousadam13 @Bell This was back when I worked for a few banks, I was still early in my career and I wasn't breaking into the industry yet so I was doing random jobs learning how each company ran their internal systems and memory mapped all that ****

@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell My favourite is being a software developer who works in web hosting and virtual servers being asked why I need such high internet speeds? None of your damn business??
