@bell @Bell_Support I am an existing Bell Mobility customer. Recently I ordered a new line and wanted to port a number from other provider to Bell. Today, Bell replaced my existing number with the new number and I lost the old number. Talked to a few agents and no help :(

Lmao paying @bell $100 a month for crave tv to just randomly stop working. And then have the Bell associate tell me to contact crave, or for crave to tell me to contact Bell. I ******* hate you guys, and your service is garbage.
@Bell_Support called support and they said there's an outage in Vaudreuil-Dorion and service may not be back until September 23. Can you please confirm?
@bell indicates service is out and was during my second call. I ask when I should expect service and am told the ticket says 7:20, but expect 24-48 hours realistically. This is why we need Telco competition.
