@Bell_Support My plan includes 3 TV receivers, Gigabit Fibe 1.5 home internet, and 2 cellphones plans (Loy SmartPay Unltd Share 40 plan, and Exclusive SmartPay Unlimited20 plan). I pay Bell more than $500/month altogether. And this is the kind of tech support that I get.

  • darrenatwater Darren Atwater (@darrenatwater) reported

More for @Bell. Landlines rurally are lifesavers in a power outage: the only way to contact neighbours, the only way to call an ambulance, the only way to contact @CAA if the car won't start. Thanks for bringing the fibre optics to the pole wall, though.

  • TomWinnifrith Tom Winnifrith (@TomWinnifrith) reported

@darrenatwater @Bell @CAA you are not the only one waiting for service...pls check emails!

  • NathanHeide2 Behr (@NathanHeide2) reported

I have DM'd with everything you requested. No resolution at all? Nobody had contacted me, nothing, just like the past 7 days and now 11 hours. #LetsTalk because I am at wits end @Bell_Support @EricDuncanSDSG @CRTCeng

  • JunG54828825 Junior (@JunG54828825) reported

@Bell_Support I think he got mad at me because I scolded him about him taking over somebody else' job at Bell. This tech support guy wanted me to change my plan with Bell. Anything about customers' plan is not even a tech guy's job.

  • SusanMa21390752 Tweel (@SusanMa21390752) reported

So far today the internet has dropped 7 times! I don't have a choice for service where I am. I am not a fan of @Bell worst connection ever!!

  • JunG54828825 Junior (@JunG54828825) reported

@Bell_Support Is this how Bell's tech support deals with customers?

  • CindersBuddy Kirsten A. MacDonald (@CindersBuddy) reported

@Bell No way in God's green acre would I ever take any of Bell's services... we have had issues with them since 2009... and thatw as before Lisa LaFlamme. Never will happen

  • RaymanAlana Alana Rayman (@RaymanAlana) reported

@GailVazOxlade @Bell_Support @CTV Katie Couric voiced her opinion on the issue as well

  • jagsir1594 jagsir (@jagsir1594) reported

@Bell_Support Never going to use bell ever again.
