    @Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.

    @VirginPlus @Bell 5: even after tree trimming done , still no survey , no follow up , no call. And after having to call again . Guess what? They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started

    @Bell @Bell_Support Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating.

    @Bell can you please fix the Internet outage in Mississauga today ASAP? There’s a World Cup final game at 3pm and our life is at risk without an internet! I’m begging you, please fix this outrage 🙏🙏!!!
