    @Bell_Support Yes ! I have to admit that Customer service is WORST .. I upgraded my device -They activated and upgraded my wife's phone line .when i call to rectify the issue i ended up sending device back .That i did today.I am left with no Data.waiting 4 new ph..complete mess
