    @Serpicoo3 @Bell It could be a restriction on your account Don't call them. I had the same issue. Use chat feature in mybell and they will fix it for you. Mine fixed and worked

    @Bell_Support No one has more inf, I was in line for one hour to clarify and to be able to contact , spoke with 10 people and none of them have more information and couldn’t help. You better update your people first

    @Bell I just called the costumer service and she told me it is not free .She said it was a problem issue in our social media accounts!!!!!!!
