Mark Thorpe (@StarThorpe68) reported@Bell seduced me to leave @TELUS last November for great mobile rates as long as I kept my internet service with them. Since then they have increased the cost of my internet so now I am almost paying the same total as before. Time to shop for a better deal!

Luc Groleau (@LucGroleau) reported@Bell 2/2 ....she bought a variety pack of Quest bars. There were 4 peanut bars which she cannot eat without dying. 3 bars remaining now. Only Bell techs were here. One of them took it. What else is missing that we don't know? Symptomatic of a bigger problem... Respond pls.

Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell

I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

You are billing me monthly since even if I don’t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!
