    @Bell I am so disgusted with Bell. Trying 2 upgrade my phone for 2 days now with no resolve. Retention & Loy Level 1 in Phillipines not calling me back today, why it’s 2:18am in the morning there!! Reps in the Philippines BELL? Terrible service! Shame on u!

    @Bell_Support every God damn day it's the same thing. Internet randomly disconnects. I've spent over 30 hours in the phone, had one tech come and say it was the modem, so we replaced it. Another say it's the wiring, we replaced it and STILL, disconnects every damn day.

    @EamonCyr @Bell_Support I moved in February 2019, instead of moving the service they added a second user account. Literally been paying 2 services for almost 2 years and wouldn’t have known unless I called about a cheaper service. By law they can’t give it back, but charging for two accounts is fine.

    @Bell Fun fact: 911 was selected as the emergency number because it was easy to find on the rotary dial in the dark and the “1’s” were the fastest. They couldn’t make it 111 because 1 was the code for long distance call.

    Hey @Bell ..wanna explain why my sisters Farm has been without Internet service for almost a month? Where’s a technician? She’s a teacher also, with online work to do...hard to run a business/do online work when it’s handled this poorly...wouldn’t you agree?

    What a joke @Bell_Support is. Refusing to reimburse over $1000 in overage charges but will put a credit my account, or I can cancel and get a cheque in 8 weeks, and resubscribe at a higher monthly rate. Great way of doing business and fixing your mistakes.

    @Bell @Bell_Support @CBC My parents just tried to cancel a part of their subscription as they no longer use it, not only did the representative not cancel it he managed to advertise 3 other services to them before abruptly hanging up, I hope you’re proud
