@Bell_Support I cancelled my services with you guys in March. You STILL send me a new bill every month and every month I call and say nooooo I don’t have you anymore. Then the employees try to lie and it’s all just so awful dealing with you guys

Yesterday my father-in-law (86 years old) spent 3 hours on the phone with @Bell to change his credit card number on file. 3 hours!!! Is this what you call good customer service???

@Bell your customer service is absolutely appalling! 1.5 weeks and 2 missed install bookings and no one can figure out how to get me in next day. Pathetic. When asked to speak to a manager it's a 24 to 48 hour wait. I'm canceling my service install and cell phone. Shame on you!!!

@Bell Agree with Jenny - do not sign up with Bell! When you’re finally able to cancel the bills keep coming and the threats of courts. Very dishonest company to with.

@taay_yoo @Bell They’re awful. I have recorded phone calls with them that are unreal. They lie and lie until I tell them I have recording of being told something different. I can’t beg ppl enough to not deal with them
