@logixow @Bell ping = 15 Down = 10.03 Up 0.67. I live in mid-town Toronto and this is the best service that Bell offers me. You should see what I can get from Rogers for the same price.

Four times I asked to escalate an issue and speak to a supervisor, in the hope that my issue would be followed up. Each time was told that a supervisor would call back in a certain time frame. @Bell 2/n

@JM_Weber @EliotETC Don't feel so bad, my brother lives down a dirt road with 7 houses on it, a 45 minute drive to town.. has legit 1000mbps fibre .... I live 3x closer on provincial highway... Have 6mbps ADSL over 70year old phone lines that crap out in the rain, @Bell Refuses to replace.
