    @Bell_Support @EnergyKidd Wow that’s funny, you just sent me a DM saying the outage was fixed and I was the only one still facing this issue, yet there’s still a lot of people complaining that they have no internet.... You guys can’t even just tell us WHY there’s an outage or if you’re working on it??

    @Bell I got sweet talk d into switching after 15+ years with Eastlink...so far it was a horrible decision. Internet not faster, remotes dumber and local service (which includes fax and alarm monitoring) disconnected. #nothappy

    @Bell_Support cannot unlock iPhone XR that is locked to Bell, but was never activated on the network. Two calls to Support ended with promise of call back from either Bell or Apple to unlock device. Can supply IMEI if you can supply unlock code.

    @Bell_Support The offshore tech and sales has not been one of your better experiences for years. Please repatriate all of these jobs. Overseas tech support is generally quite a miserable experience.

    @Bell Why don't you put fibre in the remote parts of the country like where I live then? Sat internet isn't good enough in 2021. Either that or your network is trash.

    @EnergyKidd @Bell Bro. I had it with Rogers. And Rogers would always send a technician but they never solved the problem. Until finally one guy who had sense finally came n fixed it. They all the same
