  • mastersjscents Jennifer Masters (@mastersjscents) reported

@Bell after over an hour on the phone trying to discuss your harassment and charges towards a vulnerable senior I was promised a call back that never came. Where’s your customer service? Customer loyalty? #disgusting

  • Bill5250 Bill A (@Bill5250) reported

@JaneMoneypenny @Bell Hilarity! They just tweeted me so they can investigate the problem. I'm not a customer anymore and never will be.

  • JaneMoneypenny Valarie Findlay (@JaneMoneypenny) reported

@Bill5250 @Bell Well, they hire these entitled young kids and give them absolutely zero program and customer service training ... That's why they lose customers and waste their own money doing it. the antithesis of a basic business model ....

  • Spycke83 Chris Hall (@Spycke83) reported

@Bell_Support are there internet or fiber TV issues right now? I'm in the L7G area.

@Bell_Support @JaneMoneypenny Lol MaBell, "Hold My Beer!" while I try to help at not helping for months.

  • saagrrt Sagar R. Thakker (@saagrrt) reported

@Bell_Support Unhappy with the way bell handles issues. Customer service is pathetic. It’s so difficult to figure out a new connection with Bell

  • FMFan9 FMFan (@FMFan9) reported

@Bell_Support Your service is the worst service ever. My Modem has disconnected 4-5 time within the last 24 hours. Your Tech staff cant dont a darn thing over the phone and I have yet to receive a call from a Level 2 Agent as i was promised. I would like to speak to supervisor

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

@girlygirlsguide @BlackshepSusan @Bell No you right it should never be a requirement given the side effects that meds give you in the long term. Medicine treats symptoms instead of the patient as I see now after having been to Naturopaths & Homeopathic doctors

  • dreamerslakee Jay (@dreamerslakee) reported

@Bell your internet is garbage and i cannot wait to be free from it and join rogers instead. constantly between 10-15mbps and getting insanely high ping. totally unacceptable. trash service.

  • garthvictim Tyler (@garthvictim) reported

@Bell_Support can you guys get faster speeds in my area? frankly its ridiculous that as a GTA resident anything higher than 50 mbps is unavailable to me. My friends down the road from me get 150-200 mbps + with cogeco.
