@Bell_Support what's with your cell service in Baker Lake Nunavut? Anytime it rains or snows we lose all service now. What "upgrades" did you do in the last 18months? Definitely not worth $$$ we are paying. It's only oct and winter is coming, more snow so means no service.

  • samata_bh Samata Bhattacharyya (@samata_bh) reported

@Bell_Support Hey, the problem is still there

  • timsbits Tim Conrad, APR (@timsbits) reported

We've been with @Bell #Shaw #Primus @Virgin and now @Telus in the last decade. None provided a simple and problem-free beginning. Usually hours wasted on hold to get something fixed. We need more competition. This was another hell experience and it isn't done. 20/Six hours gone

general claim. Unfortunately I never have more than 1 or 2 bars of Service in my house/area. @ccts are still investigating but have not heard back. I was hoping for a reduction in my bill for not being able to provide telephone service but @bell declines to discuss this.

Y'know, internet and cellphone services get a lot of attention for being ripoffs in Canada, but let's talk about home phones. My 80-year-old mom is currently paying @Rogers $65 a month for a landline. Basic service from @Bell is $52, but add any feature and it's $67. 1/3

  • lexystee lex stephen (@lexystee) reported

Internet went down at noon and eta for my neighbourhood is 10pm tomorrow :( @Bell_Support customers had it so good a few months ago during that Rogers outage..

  • EdgeyPotatoe Potatoes (@EdgeyPotatoe) reported

@Bell_Support The service is still down at st. Dennis dr. It's been 7 hours

  • shortsnootfox illyat, doing that head tilt dog thing (@shortsnootfox) reported

hey @Bell_Support I just called your help line and it's gross that you had them try to upsell me into both buying more services and upgrading mine they're already dealing with pissed off customers, that's not an ideal time to upsell, you're only pissing off customers more

@Bell Canada has had service issues here in Loring-Restoule since July. Thousands in lost revenue to our local community via lost business. How do you book a cottage at a resort property you cannot call? How do you order lumber or book a contractor? #SmallBusinessWeek2022 @CFIB
