@p8r8s @Bell_Support @Bell This. Post updates on Twitter; don't tell people to DM and not reply. We're working from home and need to plan. Surely the engineers know how long it will take to fix? Maybe they're worried we'll build some kind of complaining Twitter army but ... we'd need internet for that.

@Bell_Support Thanks for this reply. I don’t blame you people in Support at all. I blame your executive team for failing to put in place the right communications protocols.

Like, outages happen @Bell_Support @Bell - that’s not the issue. It’s the absolute void in communication and basically making everyone beg for info that’s annoying. On top of the stress of trying to host imp global conf calls via personal hotspots and all that! Arghh

Absolute banter by @Bell_Support simply not providing any update whatsoever regarding the 24+ hr internet outage in downtown Toronto! Like a simple status update every so often would be nice. They just ask everyone to DM them & ‘reset router’ over & over to check. We’re working!

@Bell_Support - “it’ll be fixed by 930”. Nope. Still down. That’s officially 24 hours of disrupted service now.

@dm661213 @APaddyInCanada @Bell_Support Thanks man. They quoted 9:30am last night but now 9:30-1:30, so it might go longer. Looks like construction crew did pretty severe damage to a main fibre cable line.
