    Quite disappointed with @Bell_Support @Bell … I am moving in July and I’m bridging for 2 weeks. As a result I need internet service in both homes during that time. Bell support insists a new service must be created under new pricing… Not a good experience and will likely switch

    @Bell_Support I have never been so frustrated with a company then I am right now. How the hell do you guys give an order # then lose the order, and then make it seem that I'm the crazy one. I have proof yet that's not enough!..sighhhh.. unbelievable. I need to find a new company

    @Rogers @RogersHelps suspend an account not overdue or payment due until July ???? Call and get a machine after waiting on hold saying someone will call me back in 1 biz day - ya NO time to change to @Bell the service is continuously unacceptable

    My BF has a smart watch that does not work. He has probably spent ~10hrs on the phone with @bell, a telecommunications co that cannot even do call transfers. Anyhow, as it stands he has a watch that does not work and a bill for $1100. And he can't get simple help. #SwitchToRogers
