@DimitrinaStanc4 @Bell @Rogers Rogers are terrible! I vowed to go to Bell & put up with anything to avoid Rogers.

  • Xcaliper Heather McBriarty (@Xcaliper) reported

@Bell I have never, ever seen poorer cell service along the St. John River valley in years. Zero service at Evandale, Queenstown, Foshay, Washdemoak; limited service (one or two bars) at Gagetown and all the way to Oromocto. Might have to check out @Rogers

  • psychofish77 The Canadian Content (@psychofish77) reported

@bell Just spent two hours on the phone because my internet isn’t working properly. The agent’s solution after all that time was that I should turn it off and back on again if it’s not working. Great IT department you’ve got there.

  • _tryphenaa Tryphena (@_tryphenaa) reported

@Bell I think this is the only way my voice will be heard. A few days back I made the worst decision of staying with you guys. I was told that I’ll be given a certain price and that, my services will be moved to my new address. Fast forward 10 days, just 2 days before my move,

  • crlnax CRLNΔ X (@crlnax) reported

@Bell_Support my cellphone data/internet has been super crappy these last few days. I called support but no help. I’m paying $150+ monthly for what?? 🥴

  • ModSherpa Mod Sherpa (@ModSherpa) reported

@RealDrunKev @Bell Time to do tech support from the phone!

  • prclark Peter Clark (@prclark) reported

@Xcaliper @Bell My educated guess is that they are putting in more towers for 5G, and therefore having to reduce the transmission power of existing LTE radios. But I may be full of ****.

  • _TheCaptaincs Jakey (@_TheCaptaincs) reported

@Bell why does your **** internet service throttle users at 230am? Every single night my connectivity drops, even though I pay for your best internet service. You guys suck, and only get my service because @rogers is marginally- by the smallest of margins mind you- worse.

  • Mandyy15 Mandy (@Mandyy15) reported

@Bell please do something about your wifi service in northern Ontario. We’ve been without service all weekend with absolutely no answers and no help from customer service. Still no wifi today (Monday). People have to work and have post-secondary school work.
