@JcqMit @Bell_Support I'm in Peterborough and my service is also out. Tv service started working again around 6:30 but that lasted less than an hour. Can't get through to tech support by phone. Pretty ****** service @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Our Bell Fibe service is down, and after trying to reload our bell box my T.V is forever frozen on the blue Bell Fibe screen.

@Bell_Support Will customers receive a credit on the next bill to account for the time we cannot use the service we pay for? Seems like it would be the right thing to do unless you are a money hungry corporation that doesn’t care about their customers.

@Bell_Support I have been trying to restart everything for the last hour. Green link light is flashing green but hasn’t turn solid for the last 35 minutes. I have internet but no tv, disappointing that you can’t call in to get help
