My wifi in Midtown #Toronto has gone from bad to worse and I already exchanged modems with @Bell_Support This new 3000 system lasted 3 months and it’s crap 2.0 The Fibe TV also crap. What are my other options? Rogers or Shaw? I’m paying far too much for this low quality service.

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support Is it your WiFi connection...or the internet itself... If it's wifi issue get your own router and connect it to their modem. Cable company wifi sucks in general

Got a #Bell bill after 12 days of service for $152. Online, I find a $312 charge to someone named Jorge and an $1800 bill for an account I brought to $0 three years ago. Calling them, I am transferred twice and finally hung up on. Stellar work, @Bell_Support. 👏 👏 👏

@Bell_Support I already spoke to your customer service on the phone earlier today. It’s an outage in my building. I was just wondering when a crew was going to be sent out to fix it or if I should try to find somewhere else to work from tomorrow.
