@Bell_Support Bell will not let you join a phone queue and doesn’t have chat live agent available either. They don’t even have a recording advising there is a problem with service. Poor customer service.

@Bell_Support I’ve been using the app on firestick for over a month cuz you guys came out to fix an issue&my receiver hasn’t worked since,been on the phone with you guys 5 times told I’d need a temp line,still not fixed or no temp line,looks like I should switch back to Rogers,fed up!

@Bell_Support TV is back up but PVR is down hard . This is the 5th outage for me in 6 weeks. I'm so close to canceling my service.
