Hey @Bell_Support... I'm trying to access my account. I can log in, but then everything goes blank at the "my bills" section of my account. Is your customer portal down?

@Bell Is it just me, or is the 5G network kinda slow

Thanks @Bell_Support for getting me in touch with Mary Helen...she promptly yelled at me and told me I wasn't doing my job as a customer....I guess that means I haven't been just willing to pay for no service.

@Bell_Support I have sent you as DM. I Loyalty team is horrible and bills us for no reason since the last 3 months. We stopped our service since April and are still getting billed. Someone needs to call me asap

@Bell_Support So nice of bell to offer a free modem but no service. Maybe in the near future, people can use the useless modems for something. LOL!

@Bell_Support @Bell fails again. "don't worry, someone will definitely call within 48 hours." Suprise, suprise. Much like my first request, no one called. Well @Bell, care to explain why this time? #fail

@Bell and @Bell_Support has acknowledged that no one has called as promised. Best they can do is fill out another form and HOPE for a call back SOON. Good to know they live up to their reputation of being just terrible at customer service. #CustomerExperienceFAIL

Let’s start to keep track on how @The_Vianet poor customer service is on an hourly basis. @rogers and @bell - would you leave a customer without internet for over 48 hrs and refuse to send a service rep out on the weekend?

  • bennidaytime

Some of the ‘customer service’ that you get from @bell is literally illegal in the UK, and straight up unethical anywhere.
