    After 5 years with @Bell mobility, switched to @Rogers despite their horrendous "Red Event" commercials. @Bell wouldn't match the price of the Rogers plan. Guess I wasn't the customer Bell wanted to retain.

    @Bell I placed my home internet order on Nov 30 and nobody has helped me with the installation really ****** customer service , i have been without internet almost a month now using my mobile data and I wfh so you can assume how much it sucks , seems like @Bell don’t give a ****

    @Bell_Support Hi, I’m from Markham area and my internet was lost again. The internet had been very unstable since Thursday December 15. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can you please send a technician to check the external fibre cable in the neighborhood? Thanks.

    @Bell_Support Been having tv, home phone and internet issues since yesterday. I was on the phone 2 times and I was told there is a widespread bug connected to the gigahubs and the expected fix is January 11th?!

    @Bell how is your cell service in Keswick, Ontario so bad. 3 bars of 3g service in 2022?? and barely able to post this. Spend some of your millions you cheap f$&ks. Where is the LTE or 5G.
