Peter (@chucklz86) reported@Bell and @Bell_Support has acknowledged that no one has called as promised. Best they can do is fill out another form and HOPE for a call back SOON. Good to know they live up to their reputation of being just terrible at customer service. #CustomerExperienceFAIL
