    @Bell_Support I am surprised that my LTE data does not work when there is a power outage in my area, whereas other network in my house work without any issues! That’s terrible

    @Bell_Support Lol... No that's okay.. tech support isn't the issue. I know the hard drive is failed. I don't need a third technician to ask me if I've tried turning it off and on again

    @Bell is the most disgusting despicable company in Canada! My senior parents suddenly had their wifi go out this morning, their only means of communication, and were told they have to pay $75 to have a tech come out IN THIRTY DAYS!!! I’ve never been more disgusted! 😡😡😡

    @HPCanada I DID A HARD BOOT & NOW MY SCREEN IS A LITE BLACK SCREEN. MY INTERNETS ON AND COMS ON CAN YOU FIX WITH BELL. @BELL_SUPPORT I TRIED F11 A BUNCH STOFF ERROR IN C DRIVE. ITS THERE WHEN OPERATING. I JUST DID THIS. USUALLY IT COME ON IT STILL MIGHT?

    Saturday: on the phone with @Bell & a super patient L2 @Bell_Support person to fix my internet problem. Asked about my ongoing phone issue despite trying to fix over 4hrs call time in past 2 weeks. Sunday: don’t want to jinx it - but both are now working as they should. #grateful
