    @Bell_Support I’m located in Cobourg Ontario. I called Bell, which indicated that the internet was down in this area. However, on your Bell Support site, it states that there isn’t an outage. Can you confirm whether there’s an outage (so I know whether it’s just me?). Thanks

    Please please please never use @bell. You won’t get what you want and they’ll claim it’s all your fault FYI I needed to have my #receiver replaced FOUR times because they were all #defective. I think @bell just sells #defective products and then makes you keep them!

    I think I’m going to hire an accountant to run through my entire payment history with @Bell , cuz these ppl are taking a piss. New phone plan- I have to pay for the month AHEAD, but when it’s time to change plans or cancel, I still have a final bill. How?…

    @Bell your customer service is an absolute tire fire. Over 3 hours to cancel my services. I had bell for 6 days and canceled. Going back to Rogers.
