    @Bell_Support why can’t u send your East York customers an update? I have to use my phone’s data (not with bell) to find information! How is it taking this long to return internet service to your paying customers and you also don’t give them updates? Are u paying my phone bill??

    @Bell_Support @Nick_181 Still nothing official from Bell. DMing a Twitter account can’t be the only way to get information. This silence from Bell about the progress (or any information) re the East York outage is staggering. I would NEVER leave my customers hanging like this.

    @bell and @RogersBiz we need to demand that our cell phones work on the subway! Especially with what has been going on lately, having access to emergency services may deter bad behaviour.

    @Bell_Support Thanks, had a tech come in. Tested the light and found no issues. If it happens again, he said they'll replace the modem. I think it was a random service disruption based on some of the other user comments I found.
