  This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

  Every time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!

  @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

  @Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.
